BEST Cortado I’ve had in the U.S!!! Egg bites are great. The servers are fast and friendly!

The best moca latte I’ve had in while. I definitely recommend Santos Coffee.

Terrible customer service. They were out of almost everything I ask from the menu. They made my order wrong and the coffee tasted like tea. I thought that it was only the homewood location that had the same issues but apparently and after visiting this location they are both the same. Definitely not going back to none of their locations.

delicious coffee at a reasonable price - not so many gluten-free options however. especially of you are dairy free! i recommend the egg bites and the basil latte!

I start this by saying that I am not one to write bad reviews but I feel like a warning to some potential customers will be helpful!

I arrived at about 12:40, to find an empty shop. Which is lovely since I came to drink coffee and work. Sadly the internet was so slow that even though I was the only non-employee in the building, the guest WiFi would not let me join.
The coffee, atmosphere and workers were pleasant, but without a personal hotspot this is not a place to do computer work by any means.

Food and coffee are good, but they need some work on the customer service. They are polite but have zero hustle. I’m afraid this location will end up closing because of the service. Also, I order the same all the time and it is inconsistent. … half the time it comes with what it is supposed to and sometimes it doesn’t.

Service is not great, I’m sorry. I didn’t get what I ordered even after I repeated it and questioned the price. I ordered a medium drip coffee, one pump caramel and cream. I waited at the window and repeated medium coffee with caramel and cream. I was charged almost $6, and I questioned the barista because that’s was not the listed price for a medium coffee with added syrup. She just shrugged and said “Yeah, it gets expensive. I won’t make you tip.” I still paid because I’m terrible at confrontation. I took a sip of my coffee, and I am 90% sure that it’s a caramel latte made with cream instead of milk? I can tell that the espresso would be good, but it’s just way too rich to even drink and had to go in the trash. I wish I had been listened to when I repeated twice that a medium coffee is $2.85 plus $0.50 for syrup and maybe the mistake would have been caught. I, unfortunately, probably won’t return.

I didn't feel like I was welcome the lady who served us was very rude and acted as if I shouldn't be there. I'm a BLACK women won't go back.

Today I was disappointed with the schedule on the door. I see now, online there is a different schedule from what is on the door. If possible please make an update I walked here and, now I have to walk home and walk when this place actually open :(

Ordered an iced latte with two extra shots and additional syrups and was happy to pay $8.35 for my guilty pleasure only to find I got a plain old unflavored latte with nothing added to it… tipped them $5 and with the $4 add-ons I didn’t get in my drink that will be the last $9 donation to Santos if the employees are no better than that. Busy or not get the $9 coffee order correct, that’s the whole job ?

The café La maya is amazing, I haven’t bothered trying anything else on the menu because it’s so good. The atmosphere is nice, it’s clean and minimal but nothing to write home about. Depending on who the barista is, The service will vary in friendliness. Sometimes the consistency falls off in terms of having to get a drink remade, but it’s never been a problem.

After going to 100+ coffee shops and working in coffee, Santos' beans quality always surprises me. It is rare to see such high quality and consistency in a product, but Santos always delivers. Acton is one of my favorite locations, and the best coffee off 280 by far!
