I called this location on April 5th due to an app issue ordering to this location as I am out of state from the location. I asked to speak with a manager in regards to issuing a refund as I was hours away and the person who answered the phone said I have to come in. I spoke with customer service of smoothie king and they said they could assist and I still have heard nothing back. All I wanted was assistance to cancel my order as it involved one of my rewards and no one can do more than say I have to come in after me explaining multiple times I’m hours away in a different state. If you order from here do it in person and not on the app because from at least my experience they don’t care to try and resolve anything.

Literally just wasted $14 on a half filled acai bowl with poor customer service. This location was not my first option because I never have a good experience here, but to have purchased an acai bowl the day before there's no way I can not leave a bad review. 1. What happened to Hello, Welcome to Smoothie King. I let that slide because maybe they're not morning people which means they shouldn't work morning shift. 2. The acai bowl I received was half filled, Literally can see over 40% of the bowl without the top bowl cover, there's no way Smoothie King is charging $12 for a bowl to only be filled 60%. The bad haired manager states the bowl is weighed. Either the previous bowls I've had were done wrong or this store is just lazy. 3. Horrible customer service, one thing you shouldn't do is patronize a paying customer especially with inflation being an issue. This is one of the sole reasons I would rather make my own product than spend money were I'm not appreciated or get my monies worth.So, to the Horrible Hair Dyed manager and timid employees (Jaylin and whomever) you should find another high paying career if you don't like your low paying jobs that doesn't require much efforts.

Thanks Kathrine for calling me back YOU were a better resolve. I'll remember NOT to call here in advance to complement customer service and place a order. The very person I called to uplift and compliment and was very excited to speak with (Jessica) was soooo nasty and rude to me on the phone and hung up the phone in my face!! Because she was "paranoid" which led to Opal the manager... that went all bad as well. The manager Opal ended up yelling at me and hanging in my face. She should definitely NOT be a manager until further trained. So sad about this for the owners!! I meant well and was very excited to buy the entire staff of 7 who over heard the entire ordeal smoothies. Needless to say that did not happen. Smoothie King missed out on a pretty nice size order today. And have TOTALLY embarrassed the brand ?.Not good when competitors (City Bowls) are right across the parking lot. And they are phone friendly as well as in store friendly!! Js. We enjoyed our City Bowls today. But would have much rather had Smoothie King today. I hope further training takes place. So no money is missed. Big fail!Oh well. ?

I went to this location and wanted to use a coupon from the SaveAround Fundraising book that I bought from my nephew. The coupon offered a free 20oz. smoothie with the purchase of a 32oz. The clerks told me they not longer took those coupons because it affected their pay rate and the quality of their smoothies (what??) even though this coupon specifically says that it can be honored at this location. I don’t understand why they participate in this if they’re not gonna honor it. I didn’t have any trouble with any other vendors using the coupon book. We won’t be coming back to this or any other Smoothie King location.

I was cautious due to the low ratings, but there were no problems with my experience. I was greeted upon entering. I got the mango kale smoothie, tasted like a really good fruit smoothie that happened to be green.Only suggestion would be maybe adding more chairs for sitting and waiting.

I ordered in the mobile app from the parking lot for convenience and based on my mood today. I walked inside shortly after, and my smoothie was already ready. The gentleman looked and me, and told me to have a great day. My experience was short, sweet, and exactly what I needed for my bad day.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION. I usually visit in the PM however after my AM gym session I stopped in . While asking the male which options would provide less sugar (a female staff member appears to be of supervision support) steps in and RUDELY over talks THE cashier and myself. Upon finalizing my order I explained my medical need to have my smoothie blended super thick due to a medical condition that doesn’t allow me the toleration of watery drinks …SHE RUDELY DISREGARDED MY INFORMATION and stated she will make my smoothie as standard directs ( keep in mind I’d just paid 11bucks so this wasn’t complimentary) she slammed the lid of the blender in disgust at the mere fact ofmy request and when poring my smoothie she did so in the most unsatisfying way possible throwing all over the cup.

Looking at recent reviews it's not going good to say the least. I admit that I did come in a few min before closing which I hardly ever do and apologize But I walked in and the guy held 2 fingers up saying "2 Mins before closing" and said it 3 times while uttering uhhhh, uhhh, uhh. "I don't know if I can do anything for you" the whole time. Didn't get his name but he had probably a giant ring for every finger and if there was a dress code, hes out of it. Customer service is the easiest thing to perform as well as the most important if you do it right. I gave a tip because I felt bad not because he deserved it. It's bad when an employee can not even do what is expected, much less go the extra mile for a customer. He couldn't even do the expectation.The review isn't exaggerated like some customers like to do.

I'm no longer returning to this specific location. I went in this evening (05/06/23) and there was a young lady and a young man with red/strawberry blond hair working. The young lady greeted me, but the young man did not say anything. I went up to the counter to order and the young man followed me to the counter - he did not say one thing. He just looked at me and looked off. I asked him if he was ready to take my order and he nodded his head once - no words, no smile, nothing. I left. I would suggest better training for the employees, but then again, speaking to someone is basic courtesy.

I finally convinced my husband to try a smoothie; let's say his first experience was terrible. The customer service was terrible. First the guy was ringing himself up, didn't greet us but told the young lady we was out there. She came and just look at me. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. The mediocre smoothie was made and I had to assume it was mine because the guy just sat it down. I will not be back to this location. Oh and no they weren't having a bad day because someone else came in and they were greeted with a hello AND a smile.

I thoroughly enjoy visiting this particular smoothie king for making my smoothie PERFECT every time. There seems to be a new manager in place named Opal and she is awesome! The store is always clean, pleasant customer service, and my smoothie always taste fresh. Pleasant atmosphere, Id highly recommend.

I visit this location pretty regularly , I downloaded their app to receive rewards and it truly is awesome! It seems as if every time I buy something there is some promotion I can use! Every order I have gotten has been made within the 10 minute window they give for them to make the smoothies, workers are always polite and play good music! Recommend this location !
