Ordered the croque madame which was made with a biscuit. Instead of bechamel they used what was supposed to be a lemon and herb aioli. It tasted like they used a pound of dill; couldn’t taste anything else. Not the ham, not the egg, not even the lemon (biscuit was perfect).
Nota bene: the only proper measurement for dill in *any* recipe is ‘pinch’ and even that might be excessive. Not to put too fine a point on it, but this was aggressive bordering...
