Very friendly staff and great food that came out quick! My family went here on Father’s Day as a back-up option after another restaurant in Cahaba Heights badly messed up our lunch reservation.
The manager was sweet and kind and brought cookies to all of the fathers in our group, and she was great with my three-year old daughter, whose birthday we were also celebrating. I was pleasantly surprised that the indoor seating was able to accommodate our party of seven.
This Zaxby’s definitely redeemed our afternoon. I’d highly recommend it!

Food is always great. The prices, however, have become ridiculous. Relative value in both food and cost can probably be found to be greater anywhere else in Cahaba Heights.

Service was good food wasn't, ordered the Buffalo Shrimp. I don't believe the shrimp was cooked to order, appeared burned, and looked like it was just left sitting.

This place is horrible. They never do anything right. Every time I go here there’s a problem. The last time I got the completely wrong order. The time before that I paid for extra Zax sauce and didn’t get any at all. This place is poorly managed poorly staffed, and everyone here doesn’t care about anything at all especially the customer. Pick any other place to get a meal no matter how bad it is, It can’t be as bad as this place.

I would like to Thank the Manager Trent for correcting my order without any hesitation. My order was wrong from the night before I explained the situation and he immediately prepared my order himself. I will be returning to this location more often.

I ordered a 10 piece TRADITIONAL WINGS which is bone in. So I get my order, head back to my job, which is 5 minutes away. Check my food ready to eat and I have chicken tenders. Just ruined my whole lunch. I paid 16 bucks for something I didn’t even order. Thanks for nothing Zaxby’s and I probably will never go there again .
