THE RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE that cussed out customers in front of a young child.
By far the worst service possible! Just skip it and make the drive to Gardendale to get something worth it. This crew in the morning needs extra training. Maybe an actual adult on the premises to help guide these kids in the morning would help.
I’m honestly surprised this location has even a 2.9 rating. There’s not been one single time where there hasn’t been an issue. The staff is not great, there is one person that calls everyone “love” that’s actually super nice though. The lattes are never actually hot and it’s usually only half full. They never have the seasonal flavors and don’t get me started on the donut situation. Half the time you can’t go inside because the doors are locked but with no signage...read full review
