We've been here a few times for brunches and dinners, and the food is consistently great. Steak to fish to apps to salad, everything is spot-on. I always get Fig & Wasp cocktail. I see that they increased their prices recently but that's ok as long as food is THAT GOOD. My only complaint is that it gets pretty loud.

An hour and a half drive, in summer storms. Enjoyed every bite, every minute of the dining experience. Our server Dana, did an excellent job of taking care of us all. Five o' clock reservation, thanks to my sister. Packed by the time we left.

The Waverly Local is always worth the trip! I love the vibe, and the food never disappoints! Favorite appetizer for us is the pimento cheese and fry bread (the BREAD!!!). Husband always wants the ribeye! I love the seasonal pasta or the fried rice specials. And don't sleep on the roast pork dish! And for dessert, you must try the chocolate pudding (like a mousse) and the coconut cake. We have recommended this place to so many and it always gets rave reviews from our friends....
