Best bakery in the area with elevated bread, cakes, pastries, and more. We greatly enjoyed the rotating food options, and beverages featuring delicious locally roasted coffee. Idyllic location with wonderful local character and ambiance to have a bite and relax!
My wife and I have wanted to visit this new bakery, and I’m so glad that we did. First, the atmosphere is wonderful. I had never been to Standard Deluxe before, but the location is truly special and unlike anyplace else I have been. The bakery itself sits cozily amidst SD and has a charming interior and outdoor seating space. The baked good options were plentiful and delicious. I discovered this baker and cafe while out for a drive today. It’s a charming place with so much character and ambiance. The pastries were delicious and I could tell made fresh. The chocolate gâteau was outrageously good. I highly recommend this hidden gem, especially if you’re and Auburn or Opelika resident, you need to stop by! I plan on going back again and I’m happy to support a local small business.
