Writing a review to draw attention to the fact that the Jack's location down the road in Roanoke is NOWHERE near the quality of this location. I have eaten here several times and the food and service is consistently good. The Roanoke location, on the other hand.... There must be a reason why THEY don't have a page on Yelp. In conclusion - Wedowee good. Roanoke shite.

Every time we order from this Jack's, the food is never good. The food is never fresh and there have been multiple times we have had bugs in our food. I ordered some French fries and they were VERY OLD and overly salted. ( I literally ordered them about 5 minutes before this post is being made)They served me fries that looked like they have been sitting in there ALL DAY. I will never recommend anyone in town or out-of-town to eat here. It will be a complete waste of money. This place is literally the main fast food restaurant we have, and it is the nastiest place to go eat! What a waste.

I come here often because it's really the only fast food place nearby besides Subway. This Jacks is out of fountain drinks (today it was ice) a lot... like comically a lot. Also the employees seem miserable.

Avoid this one. The one in Roanoke is fairly good. For some reason this location has issues. The chicken breasts are so damn overcooked and dry they are not edible. The chicken strips also seem to either be sitting out for a long time or crazy overcooked. It’s fried chicken folks… it should not be that hard.

Stopped in drive thru, one vehicle ahead of me, waited over ten minutes, when it was my turn, someone said Jack's, hold...another ten or so minutes...I would understand if it was a busy time of the day...i.e. Lunch, BUT it was 2:45 in afternoon..... several folks gave up in drive thru... just had a friend experience the same...went I side and waited over 5 minutes and no one appeared to take his order, he gave up and left. This happens quite frequently at this Jack's in Wedowee... I like to support local merchants, but I'm afraid this Jack's is going downhill fast. Have other issues with getting them to honor Jack's Rewards ...but this is another story for another time.
