Writing a review to draw attention to the fact that the Jack's location down the road in Roanoke is NOWHERE near the quality of this location. I have eaten here several times and the food and service is consistently good. The Roanoke location, on the other hand.... There must be a reason why THEY don't have a page on Yelp. In conclusion - Wedowee good. Roanoke shite.
I come here often because it's really the only fast food place nearby besides Subway. This Jacks is out of fountain drinks (today it was ice) a lot... like comically a lot. Also the employees seem miserable.

I love Jacks food, have enjoyed them for years. But I am new to this area and I would say 90% of the time I go to the Wedowee location, the staff is always unfriendly. Not all of them, but I'd say half. Especially whoever takes the orders at the drivethru.. always very short and annoyed-sounding, and never gives me my total.. also, on more than one occasion on I have gone by for dinner around 8 (thru don't close till 10) and they are already cleaning everything up.. get annoyed...read full review
