Horrible customer service
The lady behind the counter talked ugly about the elderly couple ahead of me, gave me no cups, drinks, or straws until we asked twice after I received my food and still only gave me 1 straw for three drinks. when leaving, I caught her eye and she physically threatened me, yelled across the store and asked if I had a problem. absolutely unprofessional and disgusting work ethic from this employee, as she clearly could get nothing right. I love Jacks food, have enjoyed them for years. But I am new to this area and I would say 90% of the time I go to the Wedowee location, the staff is always unfriendly. Not all of them, but I'd say half. Especially whoever takes the orders at the drivethru.. always very short and annoyed-sounding, and never gives me my total.. also, on more than one occasion on I have gone by for dinner around 8 (thru don't close till 10) and they are already cleaning everything up.. get annoyed...read full review
