As every store or business ; they have had their ups and downs yet for most part they pretty awesome. Cheese pizzas are so yummy! Keep up the good work, it will always be noticed even if individuals never realize! 👍🏻

The staff is nice, but it's just like any other gas station pizza. Well except that this one is much cleaner.

This place used to be the best stop, the only stop, to make in this area. The people were friendly and helpful. Kept fresh coffee going at all times, bathrooms were clean, cups, lids were put out daily, fountain machine and coffee machines were always clean, shelves were stocked, parking lot extras, such as window washer, paper towels, garbage, was all like it should be ... Clean! I'm not sure what happened in the past year, but I have watched this place slowly turn to our dreaded stop. Now, it doesn't matter if you stop in at 6,7,8 or even 9am.... There's no fresh coffee, the counters are nasty and whatever you do, don't ask for fresh coffee to be made!!! Just do it yourself, like I do! At least then, your hands are clean, you'll get it within the hour and with zero attitude from the employee. Sad really!! Was a really nice spot for West point to have.

Even though Dale's is ALWAYS super busy, the service and care for customers is remarkable! If ever you do somehow find yourself in a long line here, you most definitely will not be standing for long! Plus, regardless of how swamped the staff may be, they're still all in good spirits and have such friendly vibes. Very convenient for any quick stops!
