We did the tour. We had lots of fun. You could tell things were becoming run down just a touch because they said they could not find help. They were down from four employees to one and couldn't seem to find anyone to hire. Really nice people and the tour was so fun. We've enjoyed eating our apples. Took some home. Great prices.
Fried apples pies are so good! They’re small handheld pies and they’re full of delicious apple bits! Was hooked on the first bite! The ice cream taste like apple pie as well and was super creamy and amazing! The orchard is very cute and the people there are so friendly! Beautiful apples! It’s also not too far off from highway 65 and was relatively easy to find. They also have several apple varieties during the year as well depending on what month you decide to visit.

Apple picking is considered is one of most fun activities. July & August is the best time for Apple picking. But we went to Steele orchard almost at the end of the season. However, they gave us the permission to roam around.
