The manager this morning at the McDonald’s on Highway 157 in Cullman. Her name is Courtney. She is amazing,she’s kind, she’s sweet, she’s understanding. There were several people having issues and she took care of all of them in the best way. I just wanted to acknowledge her and let her know she’s doing a fantastic job.
Fries were hot and what you always expect McDonald's fries to taste like. Our Cheeseburgers were great. The Chicken Mcnuggets were fresh and my daughter loved them. The only thing I could say that needs work is that every employee we saw or that spoke to us seemed like they would rather be anywhere else than there. Not one person had a smile or even a welcoming gesture. I know working fast food is a stressful job at times but this was just depressing to see at least 8 to 10 people...read full review

Two cars were in front of me at 11:30 lunch. I ordered quick menu items with no specialties. The other vehicles were directed to parking spaces as was I. The following two vehicles were also directed to park. Five minutes later the first vehicle got food and left. The second vehicle got food and left. The two empty parking spots were filled by the time I got my food. It was difficult for me to back out of parking for other cars trying to park.
