Went there today and ordered a fairly normal meal. Asked for extra cheese on one burger. Asked for extra cheese salt on fries. Got neither of those. Also didn’t get any lettuce on 3/3 burgers ( big Jack, bigger Jack x2) We also got all of our burgers smashed flat as well.Tried to order in the app and order wouldn’t go through, went there instead and regret that decision. Definitely won’t be back, we live close enough to many other jacks that have been better experiences.
We were greeted and served by the nicest young lady! Our food was hot and very good. She even gave our dogs a tiny treat! We love Jack's but we are going to stop at this one every time we pass it from now on! Great job!
