I ordered a Red Velvet Cake for my husband’s birthday! I gave Cara only 24 hours notice and she was more than willing to help me out. She also made a Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole as well! The cake was LITERALLY THE BEST I’VE EVER TASTED!!! Poppy Seed Chicken was yummy also!!I’m sad they are leaving Wetumpka but I have no problem driving to Pike Road to purchase from them again!! My parents ordered a custom strawberry cake for my birthday & it was AMAZING! Highly recommend…especially if you love strawberry cake like I do!! They went to puck it up and decided to eat lunch. The salads, bread & lasagna were awesome and they said the service was the best, too. I can’t wait to try it myself!!!

This place was absolutely terrible in all of the food that was served to our table. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring out a couple of sandwiches and a salad with ranch dressing that tasted like sour cream. I even requested one thing to not be on something and yet after the 45 minute wait the item is still put there. I had 3 other people with me and they also had the same complaint of how the food and dressing is. I got a sandwich with bread that was basically rock hard and broke up in little pieces. I did not pay for this either. So in my opinion you are testing your luck with going to this place and getting good food.

Couldn't help but to notice this little mom and pop store. It's inviting as you enter. However, the dessert were not good. I paid $3 for a hard cupcake. It was not moist at all!!! Likes it been keep the refrigerator for hours. My mother order the pecan pie the pecans were old and crust was soggy.

Cara did a wonderful job catering our wedding. She and her husband were a delight to work with and really did everything they could to make our day great. We had a full spread including breakfast casseroles, scones, drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and almond cake with whipped frosting. Everything was absolutely delicious and we got so many compliments on the food (especially the cake!). They were very patient and attentive when discussing our menu, and more than willing to do whatever we asked for, including adding a vegetarian option for some of our family! Very reasonably priced for the great food they provided. Thank you, Cara’s Cafe for the wonderful service!
