Under new management. Must wear a mask. Too bad...we used to love this place. You lost a life time customer over a mask (that we cant wear while eating!!) Guess that's why all the restaurants in We2 are packed except this one. 2 cars in the lot. That tells you something...
Good people and good food.
We ordered the lasagna family pack, it was delicious! If you can, support your local restaurant curb side.
We love the egg plant parmesan and the feel of Napoli. Excellent service. Good happy hour for wine, etc.
I don’t know how anyone considers this to be “real Italian”... ordered the manicotti and it was served in a crepe??? Ordered the antipasto salad and they brought out a little cheese and meat served over a bed of lettuce? That is NOT real Italian. Nothing tasted fresh. Very disappointed. Will definitely make the drive to Mr. Gus’ in Montgomery from now on.
I don’t normally post reviews but the experience here was quite disappointing. We waited over an hour and a half for our food to come. They seated us in the back area and couldn’t even get the heat to work properly. The waitress messed up our orders. I ordered the eggplant parm and the portion of rigatoni was almost comically small. Looking around the table it didn’t seem like any of the portions were anywhere near generous aside from the pasta paesano. This place is a train wreck. Best to avoid!
Poor environment and good gets a big ole BOO!
We had reservations for Valentine's dinner. We ordered a bottle of wine, salad, and entrees (Dominic x2). The salad was ok, as was the entree, but nothing special. My breadstick was very soggy on one end. The entrees arrived before we finished our salads, which in annoying. There were only 3 waitresses for the whole place on Valentine's night. They were working their tails off. WE NEVER GOT THE WINE. When I was 2/3 through my entree, I told the waitress to forget it. Instead of a leisurely, pleasant meal, I felt like they were trying to get us out of the place. This has been one of our favorite restaurants, but tonight was a bust. I could have gone to Zaxbys for the same quality food at 1/4 the price.
Great food but had an ant in my drink
Tasty food. Came in for a date night as they were about to close early— but they adjusted for us to stay and eat. Great side salad with creamy Italian dressing. Appetizer and entree could have been a little hotter in temp, but it was still delicious. I hope business picks up soon, bc this is a great little spot. Friendly servers.

Food just okay, as was service. Don't think we will be back anytime soon. Sad too, I used to love to eat there but it's definitely not the same.
The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing with the lighting, wall art, and beautiful views of Blue Ridge. Our server Adriana was wonderful, and our food, drinks, and dessert were delicious and reasonably priced. The whole evening was perfect, and I am going to highly recommend Casa Napoli to everyone.
Food was not what it use to be.
Simple but the food was good. They need to add to their menu
Great service and food!
