The apple fritters were terrible. It was a big shell donut with apple filling in it. That’s not an apple fritter. Also, the parking lot got 100 million potholes like RoboCop and fighting in the damn parking lot.

Every time I give this Dunkin another try, I leave annoyed. They either don’t communicate with each other, or they know you’re trapped when you get to the window and find out they’re out of something. How do you advertise breakfast sandwiches but you’re out of English muffins at 7:30 am? Parking lot always full of new and exciting potholes to navigate. The menu board was hanging on by a hinge forever. It has finally been reattached but it still doesn’t work - just a blank screen with the Dunkin logo. (Not that it matters - they don’t have what you’re ordering anyway.) I just don’t get it.

The most friendly Dunkin’ i have been too! Lady who took my order was so kind and guy at the window was very kind as well they both looked happy to be there. You don’t see that alot . Got my wrap and coffee quick!

I order Dunkin decaf frequently and it never tastes fresh at this location. I asked for a fresh pot to be made and the worker tells me that the light on the pot is still on so it’s fresh and they can’t make another pot. I’m usually there more than 2 hours after they open(so it’s been sitting for that long). Other locations go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This one could care less.

Store and bathroom dirty, donut shelves disorganized with paper overhanging labels, donuts in low supply, napkins empty, service slow…will not be coming here again. And don’t forget the tire blowing pothole at the entrance. Coffee was good.
