I order Dunkin decaf frequently and it never tastes fresh at this location. I asked for a fresh pot to be made and the worker tells me that the light on the pot is still on so it’s fresh and they can’t make another pot. I’m usually there more than 2 hours after they open(so it’s been sitting for that long). Other locations go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This one could care less.

Store and bathroom dirty, donut shelves disorganized with paper overhanging labels, donuts in low supply, napkins empty, service slow…will not be coming here again. And don’t forget the tire blowing pothole at the entrance. Coffee was good.

I am completely changing my review. For 3 consecutive times, my macchiato has been messed up. Twice, they didn't put the sweetener in it, and today, they used regular coffee instead of espresso and did not put any milk in it at all. I understand one mistake, but 3 consecutive mistakes?!?!
I'm giving 5 stars. I love the donuts and coffee, the breakfast sandwiches....not so much. However, the donuts and coffee more than make up for the sandwiches.

Just left after trying the 6$ meal deal and Kimberley acted like she hated her life and job , was very rude , then while waiting I was looking at the cups and she treated me as if I was trying to take items without paying and told me I had to wait at the other end for my food , so I let that go , then the food was old when I finally got it and she was very rude ab giving me my food and my coffee, every time I come here there’s always a problem , will not be going back
Today I was having breakfast with my husband. We ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar and I asked for avocado toast with bacon. The coffee was given without sugar. They said they "forgot" and the avocado toast with a few pieces of bacon. Bad service. I clarify, not all the employees because I was there on Tuesday and the service was optimal, paying attention to their work. You pay for a service that is terrible. Because only young kids eat, who pass by making jokes, laughing and playing. When this coffee shop is the best, it is becoming not the best. THE SERVICE THIS MORNING was terrible and they gave me more bacon because my husband went to ask for it, but it was burnt bacon. Without anything else to say, JUST TERRIBLE.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!! This place is a joke and so is management!! I will never go back!! I sure wish the old manager was still there, and the only 2 employees that EVER did their jobs with a smile aside from KT was a young lady Alyssa who was the sweetest, and a lady by the name of Jennifer whom I believe was a shift leader and did a wonderful job! My order was NEVER wrong when they were around! And so many others have said the same thing. Should have paid more to keep them around if they would have even stayed. This new manager Madison can’t even get herself together much less the employees. May as well shut this store down because it has definitely gone way downhill!!!
