I was up visiting my mom from Enterprise, and we decided to try El Patron. Hands down the BEST MEXICAN FOOD I've eaten in a long time. The Mexican street corn and Pico-Time was to die for! Everything was cooked fresh and taste fresh. The portions were huge and more than you could eat in one setting. Our waiter was so polite and checked on us often. This will diffenately be my go-to when in town visiting!

The quest for good Mexican food away from the border can be tricky. El Patron does a pretty good job of making Mexican food taste like I am at a roadside cafe near the Rio Grande. Chips and salsa are plentiful and the wait staff were friendly and attentive.

The cashier couldn't give me change for a hundred when I tried to pay for my dinner so I offered to use my card in which she still charged me a cc fee even though they didn't have change.
