It was filthy. There is a summers worth of food and dead bugs in the front window sill. The tables and floors were also dirty. Cleanliness does not seem to be a focus at all.

I was there picking up an order yesterday around 2 p.m. and older gentleman came flying through on a motorcycle and about ran me over, I thought people had the right of way, I had to move and cling to my vehicle cause he was flying through there and didn't stop and acknowledge me, did he not see me was I ghost or something? He must of known the workers cause he came in talking to them! When we complained the worker didn't see concerned that a man about ran a costomer over driving through on 4 wheels on a motorcycle! If you see an older man riding on maroon motorcycle watch out, cause he needs to go back to driving school!

All in all...very mediocre. Had the BBQ & Rib combo plate. No flavor to the pulled pork or ribs, not even a hint of smoke. Sauce was tomato based & has Liquid Smoke in it. Ribs were not tender, not falling off the bone. Baked beans & potato salad were meh, seemed like store bought or Cisco. Also took a long time (15 minutes) for the order to come out. Wife asked if they were chasing down the hog! Possibly, the worst BBQ joint we've been to.

Got the turkey dressing, sweet potato souffle and turnips. Sweet potato was great, turnips bland and turkey was cold cut sandwich meat. Awful food everytime I go every 6 months or so the food is over priced and the quality sucks. Garbage food for high price. Not to mention lemon juice packets you can't open w a butter knife.

We had to travel to Wetumpka Alabama and we stopped at Hog Rock Bar-B-Q and we was so happy we stopped !! The food was amazing!! We ate the baked chicken and it was so tender it just melted on your tongue !! The pulled pork was so tender and seasoned to perfection!! I wanted to take some fired chicken with us because a customer sitting next to me ordered it and she stated it was awesome ?!!! So whenever we return to Wetumpka Hog Rock Bar-B-Q is going to be our first stop !!
Parking: There's plenty of parking, but because the food is so fantastic, the parking lot is busy !!! But customers come and go !!!!

Loved this little hidden Gem. It's on the way to casino in Wetumpka, AL. Ribs were off the chart and Hambuger steak too big for on sitting. Very friendly waitress also.

Worst BBQ I have ever had. The meat is bad and no amount of sauce and pickles can hide it. The fries aren't even good. Good service and wait wasn't bad, but if you want good BBQ go somewhere else. Maepops and Brothers Bootleg in Tallassee are both good. Both of them have meat so good you don't want to put sauce on it.
