This particular Jack's has an attitude problem. The last time. I was there, there were 7 people behind the counter and only 1 actually working. I waited at the counter for ten minutes while this poor girl manned the grill, the fryers and the drive-thru window. She asked at least 3 other people to take my order while they were on their phones or hiding in the office talking, and finally took care of me herself. This has happened the last few times I was there. I won't be coming back again.

Ask to get a special cooked bacon for my burger was told no they already cooked it all also no tomato for my burger that came with tomato.. management could use more training

Never been to Jacks before, don’t have them in my area. Stopped on my way home from Alabama. Food was good and prices were on point with other fast food burgers. My complaint is the service… it took 15 minutes to get thru 2 peoples orders, and place mine. Staff seemed very overwhelmed, and there was only 8-9 patrons in the whole restaurant

I was passing through the area and looking for somewhere to eat when I saw Jack's. I love Jack's so that's where I decided to stop and I couldn't have made a worse choice! Apparently these workers HATE their job and IT SHOWS!!!! I went through the drive-thru and the girl taking my order had an attitude the entire time. When she told me they were out of ranch I simply ask "what do you have?" To which she replies "EVERYTHING!" I'm sorry but what is "EVERYTHING?" Then when I get to the window and paid she gives me my food and I was missing half the order! So I'm like "I was supposed to have 2 ice creams" and she says "oh I didn't ring you up for that" so while I'm waiting for her to ring me up for that I decided I better check my order.... good thing I did because they didn't have the correct sauce in the bag. Now here is the real kicker... there were 2 sauces for each meal in the bags she gave me but when I handed her all 4 of them back she only comes back with 2 so I ask if I could please get the other 2 sauces to which another girl replies "It's going to be .27 each" and I tell her that I had given the other girl all 4 of the ones we had and then she proceeds to tell me "oh well there is only supposed to be 1 in each bag!" I'm sorry but that wasn't my fault that yall put 2 in each bag to begin with and it isn't my fault that yall put the wrong sauce either! If you hate your job that much go get a different one!

The Young Ladies working counter was doing there best! But the cook was getting on to them because they were not doing how she wanted to work! You don't do that in front customer you take care of that away from the customer! Maybe that person needs some better training!
