Good food here, and fairly reasonable pricing, but that's where it ends. NONE of the employees have a personality at all. They've got plenty of time to chat with each other, but taking care of the customer comes across as a big chore -- and rarely if ever a smile or a thank you. We've eaten here many times, and if it weren't for the fact that the food is good, we'd never go back.

Went to the drive thru before 8 a.m. Ordered sausage/biscuit. Was told it would be at least a twenty minute wait. 😲Quicker to go to a sit down restaurant

Lady rang up the price wrong then left half or order out manager fixed the order but didn't realize she rang it up wrong till we got back to motel 30 minutes away in rush hour traffic

This particular Jack's has an attitude problem. The last time. I was there, there were 7 people behind the counter and only 1 actually working. I waited at the counter for ten minutes while this poor girl manned the grill, the fryers and the drive-thru window. She asked at least 3 other people to take my order while they were on their phones or hiding in the office talking, and finally took care of me herself. This has happened the last few times I was there. I won't be coming back again.
