Food was excellent. Very good service. My wife and I dined in, grabbing a quick lunch at about 1:00pm on a Tuesday. My wife’s fried chicken and my hamburger were very good. Rather quiet, pkeasant atmosphere.

I wanted to say that I came to jacks on the 22nd around 3-4pm & the lady working in the front was the sweetest & most patient woman I’ve ever seen for fast food. Everyone is so sweet & everything is explained so well. There was a man that was curious about some items on the menu & she was not rude at all, she was very understanding & nice. The food is always great when I come as well!

Stopped here at the location in Wetumpka Al and it was good. I’ve only been to Jacks a handful of times and each times I’m please with my order. The fries are always juicy and hot. It’s sitting in a nice location as well .. I’ll definitely be back in the near future

I ordered my family meal at 4:59 pm. It is now 6:31. That is more than enough time to get or have it ready. I can understand a few minutes but almost 33 minutes late and then I am sitting by the rocking chairs. Still waiting.

Very rude front counter staff. Not just to me but to the customers in front of me. When I dared to ask for a straw the lady just glared at me and walked away. Seriously bad bad and MAD attitude at customers. I was there the morning of Aug. 8

Wow, could local management possibly hire more inept and unfriendly employees than are at this location? I ordered one $6 meal. Sides were put in containers with loose tops, then into a paper bag which ended up soaked by the time I got my order home. Fortunately it was also in a plastic bag. NO biscuit was in the bag either. Is this rocket science?? What is so difficult about getting such a simple order correct, not to mention securely packaged for to-go? Does anybody really care anymore, or are their jobs so secure they know they won't be fired regardless of what happens?
