This particular Jack's has an attitude problem. The last time. I was there, there were 7 people behind the counter and only 1 actually working. I waited at the counter for ten minutes while this poor girl manned the grill, the fryers and the drive-thru window. She asked at least 3 other people to take my order while they were on their phones or hiding in the office talking, and finally took care of me herself. This has happened the last few times I was there. I won't...

Never been to Jacks before, don’t have them in my area. Stopped on my way home from Alabama. Food was good and prices were on point with other fast food burgers. My complaint is the service… it took 15 minutes to get thru 2 peoples orders, and place mine. Staff seemed very overwhelmed, and there was only 8-9 patrons in the whole restaurant

The Young Ladies working counter was doing there best! But the cook was getting on to them because they were not doing how she wanted to work! You don't do that in front customer you take care of that away from the customer! Maybe that person needs some better training!
