Went to KFC Monday October 28th tried the $5 tenders meal .KFC at this location wetumpka Al.has gone down hill The tenders were not completely tenders. One of them was two pieces of, I don't know what you would call it look like two nuggets but not as good,oh I've tried the nuggets before and they were a lot better than this ,no 11 Herbs and spices flavor not really worth going there again.Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything else was okay but main thing chicken not worth wasting money or time on.

This is absolutely obnoxious. I made a order 16 piece meal and 8 piece meal. I have been sitting here for over an hour. I have watched multiple bigger orders be filled yet I am still waiting. At very first they said they were cleaning the fryer. Who the hell cleans their fryer at 4:15 on a Friday especially a holiday weekend Friday. Not even a little happy at this point. This is actually the very first review I can remember giving if that tells you how mad I am. Well off to wait some more.
The absolute worst chicken I've ever eaten I'd rather eat the T.V Dinner fried chicken than that garbage they sold me. It's no wonder this KFC in Wetumpka never has anyone in line. The chicken was 100% old,refried and I believe extra seasoning was added trying to mask that but made it worse. It was the saltiest most disgusting thing I've ever had in my life. If I owned that kfc I'd fire every one there starting with the managers who allow this to go on. Shut down before you ruin KFC's name just quit. You have to be the laziest piece of dirt to actually serve this old trash to someone who paid good hard earned money on it while you do the absolute minimum to serve them. Lock the doors and go home you should not be operating any business

You would think a business with the word "chicken" as part of their name would cook "banging chicken"-not sure what happened here. I had the 2 piece dark combo and threw most of it away. Not cooked long enough! Not seasoned at ALL! I will not be revisiting this establishment!

On July 15th I purchased an 8 piece all dark meal with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. Upon arriving at my home which is only 5 miles away, I opened my food. Upon opening my green beans, it was obvious they were old, shriveled up and disgusting. I opened my mashed potatoes and they were obviously old and a tanned color. Half of my biscuits were hard as a rock. The chicken I received, did not appear fresh whatsoever and though I asked for half original and half crispy, I received 1leg that was crispy and the rest original. I would have thought, after paying $30.00 for this food, it would have been fresh. This was at 5 pm. This is sad and really pathetic. You don't have to worry about me coming back.

Went there around 8:45. Waited for about 20 minutes and the order was still wrong. No original chicken avaible, 3 piece ended up being a 2 piece. Only one side was right. Got mashed potatoes for fries.
Customer Service is terrible and the cashier had a nasty attitude, chicken is burnt, old grease and the fat cow slam the window in my face.
