So I was really excited about getting some chicken from KFC. When I tell you the worst wings I have tasted in while. I ordered a 12pc honey BBQ 🤢🤢🤢 they tasted like they put the sauce on them then heated them up... Definitely wasted my money KFC in WETUMPKA!!! I didnt even get to finish my food it was so nasty.

The last 2 times we picked up our order from them they’ve left 1 extra side out that we ordered & paid for. My husband didn’t check our order with the first one because we live about 23 mins from there & he was in a hurry. We don’t normally have an issue.The next time he didn’t think of it because we thought once is ok then they did the same with the 2nd order. We usually buy from there once a week. If we continue to eat from there we will check our bags for our entire order.

I ordered online, it said it was ready but when I got there it was not ready. They also forgot half of the food in the 20$ buckets they keep advertising. Just a terrible KFC location in general. Don’t bother.

I placed a mobile order for a chicken little because my blood sugar was dropping (diabetes). When I got to the window they told me it hadn’t processed yet on their end. I asked if I could wait a moment at the window to see if it goes through, she told me firmly no. (There were zero customers behind me). I said how would I know if the order goes through, she told me to wait 2-3 minutes in the parking lot and come back through even though I showed her my order confirmation. All of it seemed unnecessary and the individual could’ve went about it in a more tactful manner. She could’ve told me to park out front and when it processes and is made someone could bring it out to me. Usually I LOVE Wetumpka KFC. But after today, I won’t be returning. Also, the chicken little (which is the only thing I ordered), was SMOTHERED IN MAYO. What a waste of time. Having to wait 15 minutes FOR ONE MOBILE ORDER ITEM.

I love our KFC in Wetumpka! I usually eat there at least twice a week & the food is always fresh, hot & delicious. All the staff are always nice to me & the lady who runs the drive-thru is so sweet! She is always friendly & so positive & upbeat! Besides the delicious food, I always enjoy seeing her. 😊⭐️
