Food is great, unless they don't have what you want to order. And, not having what you want to order happens quite a bit. The service is average, well below what you would experience at Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere is average or typical.

The staff was nice ,greeted by warm friendly faces . Cleanliness on point. The two piece combos (2) were great. So no time for photos that time..No complaints about it. The WETUMPKA store should be training some other locations. Very picky eater. #KFCWetumpka#

I have avoided KFC for years, but I was hungry and they had no lines. I got the Nashville Hot tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich. The tenders were oily and had no discernable heat until I got to the last piece. I didn't get the pickles it was supposed to come with. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted really good and the pickles were the best I've had recently. Unfortunately it came squished into a foil bag that completely flattened the sandwich. The service was good.
