Ok I don't like leaving bad reviews, however I know customer service and have worked fast food, in a kitchen and as a waitress. The orders got mixed up, I was almost given someone else's. Mine was given to me with missing items so I told the very frazzled lady at the window and she fixed it but rolled her eyes to the heveans like I had caused her grief. I get it, it's frustrating when things get mixed up and I wasn't upset I just asked for my kids French fries. She didn't seem happy to be there and hopefully her day got better. One last request as a consumer on a budget and I cringe when buying food please stop serving cold chicken nuggets they are horrible.

This is the only bad experience I’ve had here but me and my boyfriend waited about 20 mins while people were coming in and leaving with their food when they ordered way after us, so naturally I go up there to ask about it. I was not rude or anything like that because I personally work in food so I understand. To a point. We waited a while while they made our order, I open my box and the picture below is what was inside. Only the rind of the patty and an absolute mess while the other one was in pristine condition. I love y’all’s food but come on man The employee at the counter was very sweet though!

The last three times I've gone to this McDonald's, they never get my order right. I always have to repeat my order 2-3 times, and they still don't get it right. I don't understand what the problem is.

My boyfriend and I usually stop at this McDonald’s to grab a bite. We got our food the other night without cookies, so we called the restaurant to let them know. The manager said to come by tomorrow to pick them up. She asked what time, like she was going to make them warm or fresh when I got there. These cookies aren’t fresh nor even warm, they’ve definitely been in the fridge. But then, why did you have him pull up to get the worst quality food he’s had in a long time? Also, what’s that white tissue-like paper on the cookies? 🤷♂️ We’ll just have to take it at a loss next time.
Great food, but the GM here will refuse your paid for order simply because she does not care to figure out anything they messed up related to curbside orders or the app. Didn't even try to refund me. Will be contacting the district manager when I get a chance.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Placed order, food was cold. Spoke to a manager, was unprofessional and rude. Kept saying replace order. Told her several times I was far away by now. She got argumentative at this point so ask about General manager. Speaking to this person got same attitude. Poor service-poor quality terrible experience. All McDonald’s are like this now!!

Every time I eat here,everyone seems so dang happy!! I think it's because I'm there, but who knows. If my order isn't correct, they don't get all ticked off with me, they just fix the mistake,no complaints,nasty looks,just plain ole niceness. AND they always have ice cream and shakes when I go there😁😁😁😁. I give them👍👍👍👍
