Great food, but the GM here will refuse your paid for order simply because she does not care to figure out anything they messed up related to curbside orders or the app. Didn't even try to refund me. Will be contacting the district manager when I get a chance.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Placed order, food was cold. Spoke to a manager, was unprofessional and rude. Kept saying replace order. Told her several times I was far away by now. She got argumentative at this point so ask about General manager. Speaking to this person got same attitude. Poor service-poor quality terrible experience. All McDonald’s are like this now!!

Every time I eat here,everyone seems so dang happy!! I think it's because I'm there, but who knows. If my order isn't correct, they don't get all ticked off with me, they just fix the mistake,no complaints,nasty looks,just plain ole niceness. AND they always have ice cream and shakes when I go there😁😁😁😁. I give them👍👍👍👍

If this McDonald's is using a new business model, it's a shame. If you use the kiosk to order you'll wait significantly longer for your order (20-30 minutes), and once you finally get it half of your food will be cold. You can't get your own drink refills, so each time you ask for a refill you'll have to wait for their automated machine to use a brand new cup. The bathrooms don't have changing tables or fullsize trash cans. The atmosphere was terrible because there was a lobby of angry, complaining customers wondering where their food was. The tall young man behind the counter seemed to be the only person who cared to help the lobby of customers and was running himself ragged to do so.

We ate inside. The floor was dirty, the tables were dirty.
The food wasn't cold but it wasn't hot either.
Focus is obviously on the drive-through.
Sad. This used to be a good McDonald's.

Not very good. Worst service. Has to wait 5 minutes for someone to take orders..went t to get some honey mustard and was injected. A customer came in and waited for almost 20 minutes. He left. You need to check on this store.

After having to pull to the side out of the drive thru and waiting 30 minutes to receive a partial order of cold food, we had to go inside to get the remainder of our cold food. No thank you for your business, no sorry we did a terrible job, not even a screw you.

It is McDonald’s! The customer service at almost every location we visit is nonexistent. The food quality at these locations has gone down as well. We used to rely on our food being similar to whatever advertised but now all we get our smashed burgers and shortened french fry packs.
