They forgot something from our order then we asked for the item we didn’t get and were ignored so we went inside and asked and the employee at the front rolled his eyes whenever we asked about the missing item

I just wanted to appreciate the young brunette girl with glasses who was working the window the other night, her positive and kind attitude made my night especially after my order was wrong, which happens. Definitely will be back to this Mcdonalds!

There were two kids licking their fingers and putting them on windows and tables, climbing on the tables and seats including standing on tables that customers were then sitting at and eating at, and ripping up the stickers on tables. The kids were unsupervised and treating the restaurant like a jungle gym. I don't know who's kids but this was poor management from the restaurant. Very disturbing for those just trying to enjoy a meal while kids are jumping from table to table all through the restaurant.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a meal. I ordered two cheeseburgers, two large french fries and a Coke to drink. They gave me a Dr Pepper and all my fries were dumped upside down in my sack. The service here is terrible and they don’t care about Customer Service. They don’t care about you. As a customer. Period
The food was good. The coffee had flotes in my coffee. And it wasn't coffee grounds. I didn't notice till I got to the job site. Couldn't go back. I did enjoy my big breakfast with pancakes. Good service. Disappointed over the coffee.

Not sure what happened this morning 11/6.. Drive thru supposed to be open at 5 and we sat there for 30mins waiting and watched them lose several patrons because of their inattentive behavior to operations. Normally never have an issue but today seems like they couldn’t get it together.
