Literally always the longest wait. I’m not sure why this location struggles so terribly but this is the slowest pizza hut location in the tri-county area. I will go out of my way to drive all the way to a Montgomery to avoid this location from now on.

I had a fantastic experience at this Pizza Hut location, and I have to commend both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by Anita, who set a positive tone for our visit.
Special recognition goes to Andrew, who prepared my pizza with remarkable attention to detail and professionalism. He was extremely mindful of hygiene, changing his gloves anytime he touched something other than food. Since I ordered a vegetarian pizza, he went above and beyond to make sure no meat accidentally came into contact with it. When he noticed a small piece of meat near the onions, he brought out a fresh bag to use. Andrew also kept washing his hands frequently, especially after touching the computer or handling pizza boxes, which really impressed me.
In recent times, I’ve noticed a decline in service and order accuracy at many fast-food places, but this Pizza Hut stands out. Every detail was right, and the team made me feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend this location 100% for its excellent customer service and genuine care. There’s a reason this place has a perfect score from the Alabama Department of Public Health!

Aug. 22,2024 I went in to order pizza from Wetumpka,AL location the customer service was excellent and I use to order online before I started to go in more now. So as I place my order to be served and the cook started to prep my food with no gloves on and I ask her why she didn't have on gloves she said she doesn't have to wear them if u wash your hands .. it don't matter you suppose to have gloves on preparing public food tht goes for anywhere.. won't be getting my service no more .. pizza hut do better

This location in particular is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered delivery one weekend the door dash guy tampered with my food so I called the store they offered me a store credit and I go to use it and he never gave it to me to begin with I’ll definitely stick with Domino’s moving forward..

Went thur the drive thur. The pizza was just really bread. I paid for extra cheese. It didn't really have anything on it. It was just bread. When I got home, I just trashed it. But the service was great!

Don’t bother with delivery. It was 30 min past their expected delivery (keep in mind original delivery time was 45 min after we ordered) and the link texted to us still showed that the order was just received and it had not even progressed to being prepared. They don’t answer their phone and even corporate could not get them to answer and then corporate asked if I could wait another 15 minutes. After reluctantly waiting, we canceled the order and ended up going somewhere else.

Do not order delivery from this location if you want it fresh and on time. If the delivery service is always like this they might as well close it down.
Don’t waste your time ordering take out, their drivers don’t work weekends and you have to wait for door dash to be free to pick up your food. I waited 1.5 hours to get mine, manager said deal with it
