Customer service sucks! Employees complained about being tired when asked why my order wasn't made. I asked to speak with a manager and he was no better he stated he cancelled my order himself due to being overwhelmed.

A huge shout out to Devon and Dalton at Pizza Hut in Wetumpka. After I placed my order online, Devon called me to tell me that Apple Pay had charged me incorrectly, fixed the problem over the phone (I had gotten charged too much!) and sent the corrected receipts with Dalton, the delivery driver, who showed up super fast with delicious hot, fresh food. They were both delights and everyone agreed the food was amazing! The customer service was even better.
