I ordered my pizza on the app. I chose to pick up at the window which was an option. I got there and waited at the window for about 5 minutes before an employee walked past the window and saw me. He opened the window and asked what I needed. He walked away, opened the warmer and came back to tell me only the manager could check me out and I would have to go inside to get my pizza. I told him I had already paid for it and all I needed was for him to give it to me. He walked away again and finally came back and said the manager said I would have to come inside to get my pizza. I went inside. There was one customer sitting at a table eating and another customer had walked in right before I did and that was all the people that were in there at the time. I asked the manager if they offered the option to pick up the pizza at the window why they didn’t honor that. She said she was the only one that could work the register and she had been so busy she couldn’t come to the window. I told her they should not offer the service if they couldn’t do it. She grabbed my receipt and threw it at me and said if I didn’t like it, I could call the GM and complain to them. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and she slammed the door to the warmer and told me she didn’t like my attitude either. She handed the box to me roughly and said sarcastically “have a blessed day “ and turned around and went to the back of the store. Needless to say, I will never go back there again. I have tried finding a number I could call the GM but have yet to find one.

I usually love ordering from Pizza Hut but tonight did not hit the mark. This is what I saw when I opened the box.

luke, the guy making the pizzas was sliding pepperonis under the glass to two girls who wherent dinning in jusy loitering, he was singing abnoxiosly loud and told his co-workers to “shut up” when they asked him to quit singing. he was shaking his freinds hands as they walked in with his gloves on. the pizza also took 30 minutes to get made, he was having inappropriate conversations with the girls right infront of everyone, whom appeared to be the manager, daniel encouraged him and gave him high fives when he would throw a dirty dish across the kitchen and ring the dirty dishes bucket. he was changing the tv channels with his gloves on and going directly back to making pizza would not recommend
