Wish they would carry the nitro cold brew coffee that they advertise. They're "macine is broken" for at least 6-8 months now. They have at least 3 advertisements for it in store that change seasonally yet they don't carry the product.

For those who are not from this area: this isn't a normal Starbucks despite it showing on Google Maps like it is. That's the main reason I give it 3 stars. It's not bad, but it's not convenient to get to because you have to park in the casino parking deck, take the elevator to the casino, and find it inside. This also means theirs no drive thru for those who are traveling from out of town.TLDR it's not easy to get to unless you were already on your way to play slots.
Visited this Starbucks on the way from Atlanta, and let me just say, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. No one was friendly and half of the workers had an attitude. Over all would NOT recommend. Need customer service training ASAP!
