My sandwich is always perfect and ready when I get there
I loved it, I went and tried the new hot honey chicken and was served with Excellent customer service, I think it’s the best fast food in town!
I ordered through DoorDash my tuna is dry and as well as bread is not fresh. I have frequently visited this business so I’m confused why I received my food looking like it was. The picture presented is just after unwrapping and it is not appealing at all.Would you be satisfied?
4/17/25. My wife stopped by subway to pick us up some breakfast. I work night shift so it's like dinner for me, but that's not important. What I want to say is how amazing the service was. I myself was not present when my wife ordered the sandwiches, but the first thing I noticed before my wife said anything was how well the sandwich was wrapped. Too most that might not be a big deal, but to me that shows someone who cares. The sandwich that Heather made for me was the best sandwich I have ever had from any subway I had ever been to. If subway reads these reviews you should want to give some kind of incentive for Heather. Because of here service I will be going out of my way from Tallassee to Wetumpka to order my subway from here on. As long as she is still employed.
Does not take coupons!
Went to order a sandwich last week the lady was ringing a man order up with her gloves on then she came to try and fix my sandwich with those same gloves on after touching money I just walked out I will never go back there I don’t think people think about what they are doing
Subway smells so bad I can't believe anyone would eat there. I just rode by. Didn't slow down. I've never eaten at a Subway.
Service was good. Food was horrible. Bread was so hard on the ends we could not eat it. Meat did not look fresh. Black olives had an old rancid taste. Very disappointed with our $20 for 2 sandwiches that where not eatable. Will not go back.

Horrible customer service. Allows employees to cuss at customers with no reproductions. I used to be a regular and now I will not return. Making a mistake on an order is one thing, but management being rude and also allowing employees to cuss out people is inexcusable. Hire new staff before this location ends up getting shut down for good!

A meeting happened between Subway corporation and their franchisee not too long ago. Sales are down. Recently, I got a flyer from Subway with coupons, so I went to my local Subway restaurant for a sandwich. Not only does this site NOT take coupons, their customer service was horrible. Obviously, this location does not need customers.

My sandwich had an almost sarcastic amount of pickles on it. Pictured is what I pulled out of half a sandwich, after I had already taken three bites consisting of at least 4 pickles each. I like pickles, but c’mon.. **edited to add the amount of pickles in the second half of the sandwich. My goodness…
I have heard some subways have been going down hill. This one was exceptional. Everything was great.

Food was okay, but I've had better at other Subway locations. Atmosphere was lacking - there was a loud, high pitch tone that went off every few minutes. Had to eat fast and get out.
