Went for 2 subs asked for a very thin line of mayonnaise they dont care just gonna squirm it on there 3/4 of a inch thick I almost said screw that mane another one but I eat there often an didnt wanna be that guy so here ya go

We went and I order a cold cut and all I got was bologna and got charged 31 dollars for her to try and convince me she put all the meat on there I ask her to look at camera to that she replied I am not doing that I know what I put on there.. my point being please don't go there unless u want bologna and bad service... I ask to speak with a manager and twitch she reply I am assistant manager... With an ugly attitude and I told the sweet younger that I wouldn't be back I could have bought bologna next door at the wiggly.

I just want to say, it is 9:50! The subway in Holtville AL. does not close until 10:00. I walked in 20-30 minutes before closing and they turned me away, because quote on quote “we have already closed our register down” while they have nothing out. I work in the food industry so I understand how annoying it is when customers come in late, but for you to be so rude, and not even offer is ridiculous! I come here at-least 2x a week, and live very close by, on my way home from work, i just wanted to grab some dinner. It’s sad how little there employees care about customers. I will say the only ones that care, and are considerate is the young ones, it’s sad that in this generation. The adults are more selfish, and rude than young people. 0/10. You need a better staff! If you didn’t want to come to work with a smile, you don’t deserve a job! Be thankful for what you have, and If your not give it to someone who will be!

I did an online order I specifically said toasted it wasn’t toasted I said no lettuce they added lettuce on top of charged my gift card 3 dollar more . I said less black olives on my pizza they added more I’m not satisfied.

What a difference! It went from dirty and mismanaged to my favorite place for a quick bite. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is clean and fresh. Way to go, Slapout Subway!!

The restaurant was closed on a Friday night. Why? I have no clue. They have great food. But that's just weird.
