Every time I come here the staff is rude, takes forever, forgets something on my order, or just straight up forgets I’m even waiting on an order

I’m leaving this review because along with my order of chicken nuggets, I was given 1 packet of ranch and when I asked for a second, they made me pay for it. How on earth is one packet of ranch supposed to be enough for 10 chicken nuggets. I will never be stopping at this Taco Bell ever again.

We did a mobile order and we got the wrong burrito, customized grilled cheese burrito I asked for chicken, no chipotle sauce and no fiesta strips and avocado ranch, the first go round we did not receive the large fry or the burrito so we went back around. They corrected it and apologized but the burrito was a normal grilled cheese burrito with chicken and all the things that normally come on it. The fry they gave us was a medium fry instead of a large and there was a hair in it, the 10 pc chicken nuggets that the fries came with had 8 in there and 3 of them were tiny and ripped apart like it was one ripped into 3. Never coming back here

I ordered food for my family through the drive-thru and paid nearly $70. When I received my receipt, it was completely blank. I asked for another, and while the cashier was kind, the additional receipts also had no prices listed. I let it go since it didn’t seem worth holding up the line. When I checked my food, I realized three items were missing. I went inside to address it and was ignored at first. When I finally spoke to a worker who appeared to be in charge, he instructed others to remake the items but offered no apology and did not acknowledge me further. Once I got home, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The tacos barely had any meat, the nacho fries were cold and hard, and all of the hard shells were broken at the bottom of the bag. This is very unlike my previous experiences here, which have usually been great. I understand it was New Year’s Day, but when you’re paying for a meal, you still expect a certain level of service and quality—neither of which I experienced this time.

Lunch. Employee was a little pushy and said there was no specials. Well I did end up with the 7 dollar special that I was told was over. Food is good and hot.

First off, why is the inside closed at 8 pm on a saturday? that’s ridiculous. I put in a mobile order to pick up inside and they made me go through the drive thru. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now and not a single car has moved. This is insanity. there are barely any people even here.

Waited 9 mins in the drive thru to find out they cant take orders in the drive thru. Great customer service on 5/30 and the lunch on 5/29 they are closed or unable to take orders
Bro Everytime i’ve came here they have messed up my order. i do it on the app… it’s not that hard to swap meats and read freaking screen. this is ridiculous and has happened numerous times even after going back it’s still wrong!!!
The lady that was taking drive thru orders this evening had absolutely NO customer service skills. The gentlemen that use to be there at night at least had a good attitude.
