Waited 9 mins in the drive thru to find out they cant take orders in the drive thru. Great customer service on 5/30 and the lunch on 5/29 they are closed or unable to take orders

Bro Everytime i’ve came here they have messed up my order. i do it on the app… it’s not that hard to swap meats and read freaking screen. this is ridiculous and has happened numerous times even after going back it’s still wrong!!!

The lady that was taking drive thru orders this evening had absolutely NO customer service skills. The gentlemen that use to be there at night at least had a good attitude.

The food wasn't bad, but they only gave me half of what I ordered. It said the correct thing on the screen but not on the receipt. I ordered a vegetarian burrito, although I'm not vegetarian I do know some and eat some of their food, and they gave me a burrito with meat in it. I would recommend the one in wetumpka.

Order was completely wrong. Staff was short tempered. For this location to be so close to the casino, the workers make it a very unpleasant experience I won’t return.

Got our order wrong three times, told us it wasn't their problem, then proceeded to also get our refund amount wrong. Gave us $9 back for a $30 order we never got and got upset at us for wanting the correct refund amount.

Stopped in & was greeted walking in. Placed order, was given drink while food made. Two workers acknowledged me & made sure I had everything I needed to go w order. Excellent attitudes & service. Very impressed! Thank you ladies !

We ordered a ton of food , paid a lot of money and the food was subpar .....stale, rancid hard shell taco, and 4 tacos that should have been everything but no lettuce . There was no meat , just cheese in all 4 tacos. Some kind of sick joke , is what that was . I pay good money , I expect to get decent food . What a waste of money . Will never go there again . No service . No help . You can get stuck in their drive through . Why is this place still open ? How ? Does Taco Bell even look at their reviews ? Why is nothing ever done about these issues ?????????

This has happened on three separate occasions all at night. I order on the app, and when I get my food half of the items ordered are not there. I came tonight, got a box and some al la carte items. Out of 6 items, 3 were in the bag. I went inside and told the shift leader this and after a back and forth he walked away, a minute later I am given a new bag and when I leave he locks the door behind me. I get home to realize the missing items he has given me are entirely someone else’s entire order. Missing half an order three times in a row on different occasions is crazy. I have ordered large drinks and been given regular or small cups because they are out of the large cups for them to look at me crazy when I ask for a refund. I have literally been told by the daytime manager “it’s like a dollar difference” it’s still a dollar I paid for that I am not getting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It seems as of recently they don't care anymore, every time I go they forget half of me and my family's orders.
