I placed an online order at 6:34pm. Was notified pick up order would be ready at 6:42. Walked in to pick up order and it wasn’t even started. I was told that there was a lot of inside guest and they were behind. I understand things get busy however the entire point of pick-up is to not have to wait. People have busy lives and schedules they have to adhere to. Pick-up orders should be made as soon as they are placed. Yall already charge an extra 10%. Do better!!

I will never go back to this location. The service was awful, they could not get our order right and the waitress (Mary) kept complaining that she was tired because she had worked the day shift too. I ordered a to go order as well and when I got home I found out it wasn’t even the right order.

I dont know our waitresses name or id say it, but she was wonderful. It was only her, a manager(renee) and two cooks and this girl was moving fast. The low bar was closed when we got there due to being understaffed, but they opened it for us. She refilled my drink at least six times. I've ate at a lot of waffle houses but that lady made this one memorable.

Just walked out without ordering. Our server, a short haired brunette lady came to the table and just dropped our silverware in a pile right on the menus and some falling to the table. We tried to explain that to her and she just gave us more napkins. This is unsanitary they normally place the silverware on top of the napkins. Unacceptable.

First: The staff eventually waited on us after a few minutes when we came in the building. She was very friendly though. This place looked very dirty upon our entry. The hash browns were burnt and the cheese on them tasted fake and unflavored. The eggs had no flavor and was like eating rubber. The so- called chicken sausage was very salty and chewy like rubber too. The meals as a whole was overcooked and tasted burnt. I'm extremely disappointed in the meals we purchased and were served and they need to hire cooks that doesn't burn the food! Is it possible to get reimbursed for the horrible food we purchased? I stopped eating after tasting each item and was so disappointed. The Waffle house I used to eat at gave you notice once we entered the store and cooked very delicious food! This is not the case here in Wetumpka Alabama.
