Ive eaten here several times through drive through and it was ok.. tonight we decided to eat in.. our drinks tasted like mop water, the fries tasted like dirty grease, and I was honestly scared to try anything else. Hours later everyone who was with us is sick with awful stomach aches and we all stopped eating after just a few bites. UGh. Paid $35 with coupons and we barely ate anything and got sick.

They were under staffed to the point of orders taking 45 minutes plus. I ordered through the mobile app, and even after driving to the store, had to wait 37 minutes for my order. Management needs to do something to get more employees!!

Took a group of teens here on 8/2/24 for dinner. The manager was incredibly rude to us. We spent over $100 for food for 9 people and the manager told her staff “you need to get those teens out of here before I call the police for loitering”. What?!? We were there only 45 minutes. There were two adults and 7 teens. We simply sat and ate our food. There was a group that had to stand by the service counter for a few minutes because our order was wrong and we had to wait for it. Manager spoke very hateful when we were simply trying to get our order. I’m shocked Wendy’s would allow someone who clearly hates people to be in a customer facing position.

Traveling thru Wetumpka on the way to the beach, stopped here for lunch. Upon ordering, we were given drinks, asked to pull forward (no one behind us??) While waiting, tried our drinks. (tea) tasted absolutely like mop water. Both of them, sweet and un-sweet. Filthy. I threw the drinks out the window and drove away. I gave them the ridiculous $25 for two combo meals to save myself from food poisoning. This place needs to be closed.

I can appreciate that no one wants to work anymore and this location is slow. But it'd be decent of yall to put a sign on the door when youe decided to close the lobby. It's disappointing to park, walk across the parking lot to discover my family can't eat in???
