They may need someone else to take orders at the drive thru. Seems like the young lady was very distracted with her phone 📱. Cause it was by the register and she was on FaceTime with someone. I handed her my money which fell out her hands cause she's that distracted on her phone smh. She didn't give me correct change back either .I'll go inside next time was running late for work.

I don’t know what the white guy name is but he is very unprofessional! Every time I come in to
Get food he’s always sitting in the office,while the employees are working hard somewhat struggling with all of the orders they are getting, but they are still very sweet, helpful and respectful, I came through drive-thru last week and I had the best customer service!, That white guy needs to be terminated he’s very disrespectful to customers, and it seems as if he doesn’t care about his workers.

The food is decent but most of the staff are very rude. They don't even speak when you speak to them and the wait is crazy. I'm sure they are short staffed but it isn't the customers fault. Being nice is free!

Place hasn't had lettuce for over a month. It is literally in a grocery store parking lot...
I ordered extra pickles on the side, but one burger came with some and the other none...

Usually love this place especially the biggie bag BLT chicken (bacon, LETTUCE, tomatoe)
Last 2 times we have gotten it no LETTUCE, we specified that the lettuce be put on the sandwich and again none

Went for breakfast, and they didn't have any biscuits. No regular coke in the drink machine. Service was very slow. Bathrooms were not clean, and there were no paper towels in the dispenser. Restaurant was also not clean.

What is so hard about making food for a customer that is listed on the menu? If I order a #8 don’t give me a plain chicken sandwich! Literally add cheese, bacon, and ranch that I paid extra for! It’s not a special order. It’s listed on the menu board.
