I have never had anything bad there. And I've tried quite a few dishes

I placed an online order for my mother to pickup, when she arrived home I saw that we were missing a meal we received the drink that came with it but not the food. We didn’t have any dressing for the tenders or the salad I ordered. I also ordered a medium drink for my salad and got a small. Lastly we were missing utensils for the salad. Usually this place gets everything right, so I was so disappointed when I opened my bag

Salad lettuce was good. Very busy and seemed like staff were a bit overwhelmed. We've eaten here before and it wasn't this chaotic.

Just bought the spicy chicken sandwich, but what the heck is this?? This piece of chicken is not even an inch thick, mostly breading, doesn’t even fit on the bun, and COMPLETELY overcooked and dried out to the point it’s hard and yellow. Will not be coming here again.

Chicken bacon ranch loaded fries smothered in buffalo garlic sauce. Yes sir. 💯🔥

Zaxbys...Well we dont do fast food very often... they used to be a favorite for fast food with us..however when Zaxbys as a chain took the seasoned potato chips off the menu...the entire thing just started going down hill....Overall though this one was nice.

Vegetarian options: They have salad...but everything is fried in the same oil

They are so nice at this location the food is always fresh and I just love the Cobb Salad. I have become a regular here now. Very quick to take your order and the restrooms are always clean. 👌

Had salad and asked for grilled chicken, it was disgusting. The chicken was liked they actually removed the breading from fried oily chicken. The oil tasted rancid like it smelled at drive through window which took FOREVER. The girls were apologized for the wait is only reason not a 1 Starr on service.
