We are from NY and we went to Zaxbys in Werumpka. The lady at the window was so rude. Then we pulled up to the window to pay and my grandmother wanted to add a drink to the order and she got smart and said “we not adding no extra items to the order that’s why I repeat the order at the speaker”. So I asked to speak to the manager and he came to the window and the lady was getting smart. The manager whose name is Mike (black guy) didn’t even do anything. Just let the employee get smart with customers. I will never return here if I ever come back dwn here

These folks really need to work on their presentation and how they get along with customers and themselves by the counter. If they had a crew that worked together, they would get more done in accomplished how well they get it done and get it out. But you're working on it, good job crew.

I live in millbrook, so I use the millbrook location or prattville if I decide to get zaxbys. I always have an issue with my order & the food just isn’t worth the $$$. I started working in wetumpka & stopped by this zaxbys location for dinner. Line was around the building, but expected. What I didn’t expect was to be in & out within 15 mins… wow. Customer service was nice & helpful, I didn’t feel rushed like I have at other local locations. Food was correct as ordered (this is a first!! Other local locations have trouble, obviously) food was FRESH!! And soooo good. Wow, I’m thoroughly impressed you guys.. keep it up wetumpka! Way to stand out from the other locals & make a customer happy!
Too expensive for a tiny funnel cake ..tiny...not worth a $1 my pic didn't come out apparently it's as wide as 3 fingers .
