Went through drive through to get a shake. It took 20 minutes and I had to go inside for them to finally make one for me. Almost left but I had already paid.

The food was delicious. We bought some of their ice cream, there was a holiday flavor we were hoping to get but couldn't find it, so we asked the wonderful guy behind the counter and he checked and found us one we were very grateful.

Really tasty burgers for a fast food joint. The shakes and ice cream are also very good. I recommend it if you're driving through Alma.

Waited 13 minutes for a malt with extra malt in it. There was only 2 jr. Shakes in front of me. Got the malt and left. Tried it on the road just to find out it's a plain chocolate shake. Super disappointed in everything today

I love Braum's wish I had one closer to me. The food did not disappoint as usual. The staff was nice and bless their hearts it was hoppin! It great that they had outdoor seating it sure helped that night. We also enjoyed the market. We got dome bread (very soft) it was great and some milk also great. For those that don't know people that can't normally drink milk can usually drink this without a problem. Guess what!!! That goes for icecream too yay!! 😉

Nice atmosphere but terrible service. Our food sat on the counter for cold they forgot all about us. It was taking a long time so we went up to the counter to find out what was going on. They never called us to come get our food. It got cold. But it’s fast food and they’re doing their best with what they have to work with.
