Fast service and good food
This Braums is located in a small town so I get it that they are always busy but man, they need to train there people and account for the fact that during the summer everyone wants ice cream! We went in there the other day to get some dessert and the drive through was backed up to the road so I parked and went inside. I waited in line for probably 10 minutes before I was helped. There is a tall lanky kid in there named Aiden who needs a raise!!! He was running circles around all of the other teenagers in there who had no idea what they were doing. I get it, they all have to start somewhere but there were 9 workers standing around looking at each other moving as slow as molasses. He went from one place to another helping them all, helping the folks at the front counter, etc, all the while he was happy and had a great attitude. We really like their burgers as well. Chicken strips have a lot to be desired but they can't be great at everything. Expect a wait, but if you expect it and are patient they have some great food!
We got there at 8 pm on a Sunday and couldn't get in the door because it was packed. So many people. We stopped at two restaurants within 5 miles of each other

Great chicken Enchilada soup starter mix in the grocery section! You should try it! I love their shakes and they're parking lot is always packed!

Wait time was to long and we never got served our icecream that we paid for, even after going up and asking at the register for it...
I go by in the mornings to get 3 large limeade and I have to pull up to wait even when no one is behind me. Some days I wait over 10 minutes. It is ridiculous
Every Braums we've ever been to has been an absolute gem. I wish corporate would open another farm in another part of the country so that the franchise could expand its footprint.

Racist as hell. Me my bro and a Hispanic friend didn't get no thank you or have a good day but every white person before us and after us got one.
