This Braums is located in a small town so I get it that they are always busy but man, they need to train there people and account for the fact that during the summer everyone wants ice cream! We went in there the other day to get some dessert and the drive through was backed up to the road so I parked and went inside. I waited in line for probably 10 minutes before I was helped. Every Braums we've ever been to has been an absolute gem. I wish corporate would open another farm in another part of the country so that the franchise could expand its footprint.
Poor service, new girl at the counter while manager or team lead was outside smoking then in the bathroom. Also wandering around looked lost. Took 15 min just to order. Another ten to get the food. And it wasn't to fresh.
