Worst cheeseburger I ever had, cold, and fries were soggy. Not to mention it came out 15 minutes later than my mother meal. Waiter was very inattentive...overall a bad experience and a waste of money.

Cracker Barrel was always consistent home cooking but this was terrible. Veggies tastes like they were straight outta the can and into the microwave. Cornbread was mostly flour, very little cornmeal.

I’ve been to this Cracker Barrel many times and the food never disappoints. I stopped by yesterday around 6:30 PM and tried the new steak and shrimp dish. My steak was cooked perfectly to my liking—which is worth noting because most restaurants rarely get it right. Our food looked so good that I forgot to take a picture!
But the real highlight of my visit was the service. Our waiter, Christopher, has only been working here for about three weeks, but you’d never know it. He was outstanding—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely making sure we were taken care of. You can tell he enjoys his job and truly wants his customers to be happy. With that kind of attitude and work ethic, Christopher has a very bright future ahead of him.

I have been a fan of Cracker Barrel for approximately 25 years. Was lucky enough to be able to go to one just yesterday while on a road trip from southern California to Tennessee. It's the first one I have been at in a long time.And everything was wonderful.Alma arkansas was the location

With all the hoopla around the changes I wasn’t sure what to expect. My food was good the walls were still filled with memorabilia that I love to look at and the waitress was very attentive to our table. Yes, the menu was different but the catfish was good. I shopped in the store after and found that to still be filled with the kinds of things I expect to see. I left full and happy hopefully no more changes will happen to ruin the ambiance. Please don’t change anything else.
Kitchen was short handed, but other than that good food. Excellent service.
