We came in about 30 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve, and we received excellent service from Kathy! We didn’t feel rushed and she was so polite and friendly. Thanks, Kathy!!!

I have ate at many Cracker Barrels. This one was so unorganized, had no knowledge about the menu or items in their store. The food had absolutely no flavor and my husbands pancakes, the only flavor they had was burnt. And what Cracker Barrel has NO jars of jelly to buy!

It was a very nice day to have a good lunch with my friends. The food wasn't quite as good as I remembered it though. It was just a little off for my taste is all. But it was all well prepared and presented. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly and warm.
The food was absolutely terrible. It was such a shock and disappointment. Had issues on a purchase in the store and the manager was not friendly, did not make eye contact or even acknowledge the fact that i thanked her for making the correction.

We always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel, it truly feels like sitting around your own dinner table at home. After being on the road for three hours with two little ones, we were more than ready for a good meal! The food came out hot and delicious, and our waitress he was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Always a great experience here!
