Avoid! We stopped in for lunch on a cross-country drive. The outside appearance isn't too bad, but upon entering we found out we entered a KFC nightmare. Immediately you notice the food crumbs littered across the floor, every trashcan piled up like a mountain of leftover fried chicken bones and trash. Countless flies were buzzing around. My fiancé hit the women's restrooms while I searched for a clean, vacant table to sit at. Although there were ample seating available, not one table was clean. I finally decided to sit at the lest dirty one, after I removed the trash that had been left. As I sat waiting for my fiancé, a customer at the counter, a very thin man with no teeth was yelling to the employees about waiting 40 minutes for his order. This rambled on for about 5 minutes. I then, couldn't help but overhear the old couple sitting nearest to me complaining about how hard the biscuits were and the old man said they probably use them for hockey practice. Then as the yelling dude gets his order and finally leaves my fiancé came out of the restroom. I could tell the look on her face was a look of total disgust. She said the bathroom smelled horrible and there was a dirty diaper laying next to the toilet. She also said the floor was soaking wet with who knows what. We sat there for a minute looking around and discussing if it was a good idea to eat food at such a dirty, neglected restaurant. After reading other reviews we just simply left. I can not attest for the quality of the food since we decided to leave but I'll always take pawpaw's word for it when it comes to biscuits.

The facilities was very dirty. Floors slippery with grease. As we were waiting for our food, our feet would slipped on the floor because of all the grease. The kiosk was dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the facilities was really really dirty.

I am really disappointed in this store went in tonight not busy they where very rude and I had to wait for them to take my order but what really was upsetting is how this one customer waited almost 30 min for them to get his order he asked for refund and the man behind counter says they don't refund that being said the man left with out his food no refund and a rude person yelling at him so this tells me never go there again and this KFC are just as bad as stilling people money

We got to the restaurant at 11 AM. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty and they were in the middle of changing grease OK out, but not before they had cooked our food in old grease that was burnt. The young lady who was working this morning was not friendly and you could tell it was bothering her that We were at the restaurant eating. We were not her first customers there were people in the restaurant and people going through the drive-through so They were serving food that had been cooked in burnt. Grease to many people that morning. Very rarely do my kids say they won’t eat a french fry it was that bad.
I’ve managed restaurants for over 20 years. The condition of this restaurant at opening time was horrendous. I will be cautioning everyone I know to not eat there as a result of this one experience it was that bad.

Last couple of times I’ve been the food was delicious (it’s greasy fast food, you get what you get, I just happen to love it) the breading on the chicken was slightly undercooked, didn’t stop me from finishing a bucket of legs and thighs. Ordered through the app, waited maybe a minute or two at the window. Overall happy and maybe 5 lbs heavier

This place sucks came here a few weeks ago and a single employee was running the entire restaurant by himself. He seemed like a stand up gentleman. Came here again today and there's a full staff but I don't think the grease has been changed since last time I was here. But that's just based off the color and taste of these inedible fries they looked at and served me anyway after I PAID MONEY.

Not quite sure why I haven’t learned my lesson about this KFC yet. It’s a real crap shoot as to whether the chicken and/or biscuits will be fresh or served after seemingly hours under a heat lamp. Tonight’s fare was old and stale. The biscuits could’ve chipped teeth and the chicken was old, dry, and stale. At least my dogs enjoyed the chicken and the slaw and potatoes were good.
And still no good. Today they didn’t seem to know the difference between a breast and a thigh. Ordered breast and wing. Was given thigh and wing. Took the thigh back to only be given another thigh. 🤦♂️
The Dr.Pepper tasted like mop water, food was terribly over saturated with grease and the biscuits weren't fully cooked. The Service was good, everything else was trash!

Terrible service. Ordered online at 6:15. Waited 5 minutes and headed to the location. Waited in line another 15 minutes. Then got told at the window it would be another 20 minutes for my order. I could have went and had a whole sit down mean for this time and for probably about the same price. When I asked for them to cancel my order I was told they can’t and they aren’t allowed to do refunds.

We ordered 2 pot pies there HOT and good. The ice machine, however, had no ice for our drinks, but luckily, they had ice behind the counter. I'm not sure if it was just out of order because they never came to check on it, but other customers behind us as well. Instead of the cashier just asking them if they wanted ice and let each one go to the machine for theirs drinks just like us the ice didn't come out so each one had to go ask for ice.
