I ordered chicken sandwiches EXTRA CRISPY....and a basket of well done fries....I waited a VERY LONG TIME in a special spot....they brought out cold, limp fries....I went inside....they took the ones in the bag... and handed me some from under the lamp....I explained well done crisp fries have to stay down longer....the shift manager seemed very baffled about what I wanted. I watched all those cold, nasty fries go out the drive thru window as I again waited for well done fries. The chicken was not even fresh, either. We were wondering what the long wait was for. We will never be back to the Alma McDonald's. Fresh, hot food should not be a special order....it was actually printed on our receipt that we wanted well done....CRISPY.....

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible! I placed a mobile order before they closed and arrived before close and guess what, they closed everything down early and did not give me my food. The worst part is that I used my mobile app rewards and got nothing for it. The shift manager was not helpful and tried to make excuses for not having my order or food, knowing she closed things early. Do not go here for the customer service it is below par.
