We decided to give Pizza Hut another chance since we heard they had made changes. This was hands down the worst pizza we've ever had. The supreme was nearly all onions and mushrooms, we barely found any meat and the crust was still raw; and the pepperoni pizza had 11 pepperoni's on a large. We got boneless wings that looked like they were microwaved and were floating in a pound of butter or oil, inedible. We called to complain and was put on hold.for 20 minutes; I hung up and called corporate.

Your rude manager is awful! I called to place an order the girl on the phone was having trouble so she gets her “manager “. He comes back yeah that place is Cabana Estates and we don’t deliver there. First of all the name of this park is Magnolia Ridge. The manager has cleaned the place up and has nearly 80% brand new mobile homes. For this smug “manager “ to talk down about the only place that I can afford is very unprofessional. He simply based it on the past owners of this park. Maybe he should get in his car take a 5 mile drive down the road to see for his self. I work for reputable utility company and I am honest and importantly I’m a Christian. I’m sending this complaint in to hope something would be done, but the way he sounded tonight I doubt anything will be done. I will make sure the owners here know how the local small Pizza Hut perceives us. I’ve never been treated like this in my whole life! I will also let the local media know how your “manager “ acted as well. This will not go unnoticed.

Unacceptable wait time. Ignored me at drive up. Found out they lost my food order after going inside. They did not offer an apology or to correct the mistake. Uncaring rude staff.
Ordered a pizza and wings. Price wasn’t very good. I paid and got my stuff. I asked for parm packet for pizza. Nope it costs extra. Let it go. Then I asked for a cup of ranch for my wings. Nope that costs extra too. I paid $9.99 for 6 bone in wings and you can’t provide one dipping sauce like every other pizza place. That’s ridiculous. I won’t be back. Super stupid way to piss off customers.

This girl manager there was very rude when we called to try to get our order sorted out. We had ordered online for 2 medium pizza’s and we didn’t get one of our pizza’s and we paid a total of $30 for one medium pizza and 2 drinks when the deal specifically said 2 medium’s 9.99 each. When we called to try to sort things out we didn’t get much help and when asked for the phone number for the people above her she hung up. We decided to drive up there to figure it out she yells and gets up in our face clapping her hands then proceeds to kick us out. While we were on the phone she laughed in our faces as well. She was not helpful, she was disrespectful and rude. We have never been treated like that from anyone in a place.

I just had to share my experience. The girl who took my order was very nice but I am still unhappy with the experience. I ordered a large thin crust and 2 personal PAN pizzas. I also ordered one of those large cookies. I had already paid for my food and I had remembered. I needed a cup of marinara. I asked for a cup of sauce and the girl told me it was eighty five cents. I didn't have any more money on me, so I was exasperated. I was able to scrape up fifty cents, but I did not have the whole eighty five cents. So I could not purchase the marinara sauce. I ordered 3 pizzas, yet. I could not get a complimentary marinara sauce. What is happening these days? I have not been to Pizza Hut for a long time. But the one time I do go, I get stressed out because I don't have eighty five cents to pay for a marinara sauce. I think that if you order almost forty dollars worth of food, you should be allowed to have one cup of marinara sauce without being charged. I think the way things are going now is ridiculous. And I won't be back to Pizza Hut again. I usually go to Papa John's at least they treat me like they want my business.
