We order 2 pizzas and took 2 bites of one and thought it was gross. We asked if it could be replaced and they told us that no one else had complained about it. I asked if we could have half off the meal and all they did was give us the salad bar for free ($6 off). The whole time I was asking for a remedy to their nasty pizza the manager was very rude. He even told me “why don’t you go cry about it”. I have worked in the food industry and in management and was very taken aback by the lack of care they showed towards paying customers. The rest of the meal was great even though the service from the manager on duty was terrible. We left our pizza there on the table.

This was a tough one. I love Pizza Parlour, and honestly I hope this was just a one off occasion. This was my first visit to this location. I came around 1230pm for a lunch buffet. The waiting staff was friendly and tentative, but the pizza on the buffet looked and tasted like it had been there a while. Usually not an issue I just grabbed a few pieces knowing fresher pizza would eventually make its way out. Well a few new pizzas came out, and it looked/tasted like it had been sitting around in the back for awhile.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and lemme tell ya, not only is their pizza my favorite, but the people are great too. Long story short, I ran out of gas on 71 and had to pull into the parking lot. (My car was totalled when someone pulled out in front of me and I've been having to drive my moms the last few days) It only took about 5 seconds for the guys at Pizza Parlour to come out and ask if I needed help. A stranger towed my car up the hill and the guys put some gas in it for me. They invited me and my daughter inside to get out of the heat, offered us drinks, and even gave me quarters for the quarter machine to get my daughter a toy. This isn't the first time they've been kind though, both Alma and Van Buren locations have offered to get the door for me while I was trying to carry both my toddler and the pizza out. These are such great people, I never want to buy pizza anywhere else. Thank you again!

ALERT - MUST TRY - CHEESEBURGER PIZZA - They have a cheeseburger pizza that is out of this world!!! Warning though, if you try it…. You will be addicted! The atmosphere is good country hole in the wall eatery. The pizza buffet is a good deal.

Stopped in here on a whim on a random Monday afternoon and had a good experience. The salad bar was clean, fresh and I was quite fond of the pizza (I had a large supreme, which I think they called the "Pizza Parlour Special" or something like that.) While we're on the subject of the pizza, yes, it is a thin crust, but it's soft, not crispy/crunchy like the thin crust you'll see at other pizza places. The owner and other staff were courteous and polite. The restaurant itself seemed clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere, although I ate during a slower part of the day (in between lunch and dinner). I really don't have anything to complain about and it's my understanding that they also have a pizza bar on certain days of the week? I would definitely try that in the future.

Like most people in Alma Ive eaten here forever. Corey made this place pretty special. He's definitely missed. Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the new manager today. I ordered 2 Larges, single topping. Total comes out to $26.03. Handed the guy ringing me up $2 cash and ask to split the purchase so I can use the 25$ sitting in my cash app. He proceeds to ring me up ask if Id like cheese and peppers per usual. When I asked for change he seemed confused. I began to explain that if the total was $26.03 and I paid in $27 that I am owed $.97. Confused he then went to Joe the manager. As I explained that Id just like the change from the transaction $.97 Joe begins to tell me that there is an extra fee for the card usage. Cool. I asked if he could just write down the math for me explaining the transaction because the receipt doesnt show this and Id like to gain some understanding, and if you dont mind signing it for me. He laughed and wrote down some math and signed it. Ill provide a picture of what I received. Let's just say math isnt a mandatory for making pizzas.
