OMG is basically a truck stop restaurant BUT it’s a local hangout. Food is delicious. I haven’t ever had anything bad. Good BBQ. My husband loves the ribs. So, there is the most excellent “fried food” snack bar in the front. Like fried food “Heaven “. But, it during the day hours when it’s the freshest. That side closes at 9 pm. Then, to the back of the truck stop is the OMG restaurant. There is also a wonderful selection of gifts, snacks, and drinks. I love how Workman’s play Christian music at all of their stores.

We split a great meal here. Pork chops, baked potato, and green beans. There were a few other options that were gluten free enough for me. The friendly waitress seemed a little overwhelmed by the onslaught of customers. Nice people!

We stopped here because it had good reviews and it did not disappoint. It is a bit hard to find as it is located inside the convenience store at the back with limited signage outside. It is a truck stop restaurant. Also note that this is a dry county so there is no beer or bar. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This is a really nice little home cooked meal kind of restaurant! Maybe a little extra salt on the chicken and dumplings, but it wasn't bad, and for the most part, it tasted really, really good . Of course, nothing like Mama's! 1 server, though, and I know she was working hard, so I have to commend her for that. Hopefully, she will learn to treat ALL of the restaurant's guests equally.
