I made a order they said I didn't make the order even though I showed em I paid for it with my card and they kept getting rude will not go back to this sonic again

Watch your carhops when you pay in cash!! Twice now they give me the bills back but act like the change is theirs to keep. One kid even asked me if I really wanted my coin change. The carhop yesterday was so confused when I handed her a $20 bill. She did not know how to calculate the change. I had to do it for her and she happily accepted my answer and gave me my bills back but not the coin change.

I've repeatedly had bad service at this location BUT I live in Alma so I do go now and again. For this visit I ordered on the app and my tea said it would be 5 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later to have to wait for my beverage. They weren't too busy but it's summertime and having managed multiple Sonic locations in the past I know how they can be. Anyways - my drink arrived, carhop was super nice, got my beverage and went home. My tea was gross. It wasn't sour bc it had sat too long it was just gross - almost like a combination between too much water and dirty water. I did not call and complain or anything bc I did not have time to go back and deal with all of that so I just poured it out. Total waste of money and my time. Further confirming if I just have to have Sonic, don't go to the one in Alma. It's almost always a bad experience.

I don’t think I ever review places but this sonic which I go to often and usually get good service at was not on their game tonight. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it took me forever to find a stall that allowed us to check in, none of them worked. Then I find one that the screen works on and our order is brought. I make a note to our carhop about the screens and he was pretty dismissive. After he left I notice one of our drinks wasn’t correct. Well it’s really not a big deal to me because my phone that I ordered on was dead and I just decided to place another order for the right drink. It comes out but their payment system isn’t working so a different car hop goes to multiple different stalls to run my card. After all that I get home and none of my other drinks were correct either. Money wasted.

This general manager is terrible the staff has seemed to take a turn for the worst I ordered just four drinks and they couldn't even get them right they didn't put in the vanilla and cream I asked for and it was a dollar 40 extra so that was a waste they have frequently got my orders wrong lately

I would like to take a minute to applaud each and every employee at Sonic in Alma, Ar. I cannot think of one bad experience that I’ve ever had here, the food is always fresh and good! We’ve all had bad days and there is no reason to judge anyone, we’re all guilty of something! If you feel the need to complain, not once but numerous times at several different location, you might want to ask yourself if maybe you are the problem?! We are all out here just trying to survive so the negative people need to focus on trying to build others up instead of bringing them down! No judgement here! Have a blessed day!

Every time I come here, the card reader never works. The CarHop always has to go inside to run my card. This is consistent, at least for me. It takes time away from the carhops in being able to service another customer.

No drive thru, just touch screens. My touch screen wasn’t working great but it did the job. Eventually. Person who brought my food was kind, courteous and was timely in delivering the food.

Our carhop, Wes, spit on the ground while walking to our car with our food, entirely disgusting. Then was very rude. Our order was also wrong, but I was in a rush so I was unable to have it fixed. Wes likely shouldn’t be working around food if they think that is acceptable.

I've had two bad experiences in the past week at the Sonic in Alma, AR. Both times, they messed up my order, and when I called to speak with a manager, I was told that the only way to get my money back was to bring the receipt and the food back. Seriously? Is it really that hard to get a simple order right from their mobile app? Very disappointed in the service and handling of the situation. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
