Love their blast, on the sodas they're not strong enough to much carbonation.
This sonic is hit or miss. This time it was a miss. My fries were overcooked and way too salty. My chicken sandwich was also very overcooked and hard to eat. The only thing they did right was fix the hamburger they got wrong.

You would think after a remodel, their kiosks would work. Pulled into three different spots, all of them not functioning. Looked at others, they appeared to be malfunctioning as well. Makes it hard to verify orders, pay, and leave tips.

Got a to go hamburger and when I got home the meat was raw, not cooked. Just thrown together. Will not come back to this one, and the one in Hinton OK. Loves truckstop. I don't know what is going on, but I hope they figure something out before...

I order a combo 4 with the toasted bread and bread was hard the bacon was so hard it was like jerky way to tuff and tots were extremely cold.. I called and told them about it and I was not wanting to come up there at that moment because it a long day and I get home to relax and it was a crappy meal i told him about the bacon and he said well ee have to cook to well done boy wrong answer very rude. The manager told be you bring it up now and I said no not right this minute so that was the end of our conversation. So he was like ok goodbye I will not be going back to Sonic in Alma... Food was gross and hard and cold..
The lady named rheanan was super rude and cut me off before I could finish ordering. She still wouldn’t let me finish and gave me the wrong food.

The person taking orders this morning was extremely rude. She was in such a hurry to move to the next that she kept interrupting and then sent us a total before even completing the order. When we pressed the button to give the rest of our order, she answered the speaker irritated asking if something was wrong with our order.

We sat there for 30 minutes waiting for them to take our order, after we pushed the button. We left, and went somewhere else. It's too hot to have customers waiting with the window down. I really wanted a corn dog. Disappointed!

Since the Alma location reopened I’ve ordered several drinks and always order with easy ice, it’s no longer easy ice, it’s usually half to three quarter cup. I’m not sure if they’re in a hurry, new, or told this is now easy ice, but there’s no way to know unless I drink down the soda when I get it. I’d appreciate the Managers letting their people know if it’s easy, make it easy ice. I’ll try another week, if it doesn’t get better, I’ll go elsewhere. I love the food, no complaints there.
