Subway adds something new frequently and there are great discounts and promotions when ordering in the app.
Greatly appreciated One perticular worker i waited for an hour for food after arriving even still he appolagize to me and made it right he knows who he is thanks to him i'll be coming back.

This is a regular occurrence at this location. They weren't even busy. Contacting management does nothing. We will not be going back. Their sandwiches are too expensive for them to be made this poorly.

the manager Madison is completely rude and disrespectful to her own employees, she’s unprofessional. i’ve also seen her at vanburen store and she was still rude and has the worst attitude and face. i’ve seen her yell and be rude to her team members and talk bad about them to other members. subway would improve vastly without her being involved.

On my lunch break just now at 7:04 PM. I walked in to Subway restaurant in Alma. I was the only customer in the store. A car was at the drive-through and the employee, a woman was chatting with the people in the car. She continue talking and laughing all the time knowing I was there . I stood there for a few minutes and she continued to refuse to come and wait on me until I walked out without ordering. Very poor customer service I must say.

I would love to give a zero star rating. For some reason, this particular restaurant refuses to put on turkey on the cold cut combo. Even if you ask them to add it, because it " makes them have to open a whole package just for one sandwich," this was the second time this happened. Aid i could have double order the cold cut meat, but they will not put turkey on it. I'll drive to ft smith Subway before I ever go here again. Tell you you can't have certain items on your sandwich because they choose not to,Not because they are out, because they don't want to...make a sandwich the way you want at a sandwich shop. And I'm fine with smoking, as long as it doesn't hinder your ability to do a job.
