Honestly the coffee itself is not very good, when it comes to drinks I recommend energy drinks without their homemade syrup. But how the employees are treated at this place is ridiculous. They are very smile with customers but the owner of this place is very rude to them, even more so behind their backs. There are favorites who are picked who are still treated just as bad, but they are just featured in the photos from this establishment. I just really wouldn’t support this place until the owner can get her own figured out and stop treating her employees like she is in high school.

Dalton was working the window, and he couldn’t have been more welcoming. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the coffee. He recommended The Parlor Special, and wow—I’m so glad I trusted him. This drink is next-level. Smooth, rich, and absolutely decadent. It had the perfect balance of bold espresso, creamy sweetness, and just the right hint of something extra that made it feel totally unique. It was chilled to perfection, with that velvety texture that makes you slow down and savor every sip.
I couldn’t believe something this good came from a drive-through. Fast service, gourmet flavor, and a genuinely warm interaction—all without stepping out of my car. Every time I have come here it’s been great service and quality coffee. Their sugar free tastes amazing with no artificial aftertaste. Normal sugar coffee isn’t over sweetened like I normally encounter. 11/10 fantastic! Voted every day for them to win Best of River Valley.

My partner and I stopped on our way home from Winslow back to Jackson. It was a quiet little shop, but the people behind the counter were very nice. Our lattes were delicious and I had an avocado bagel, which was awesome. The bagel was toasted perfectly not too hard still soft. I don’t even think I could get it like that at home lol.

It was my first time to come to coffee parlor. The lady at the register was very helpful. There were two people working and they were very quick. They were taking care of the in store and drive-through customers. I did not wait. And the scone was amazing. The coffee is great.
