I have always loved Meacham's....until now. I was in that area and hungry..so we stopped. Tonight's meal was absolutely awful, all of it! I have always loved their hand patted burgers..tonight's burger was as thin as paper, black, crunchy, and as tough as shoe leather. I sent it back. The fried okra was tough and chewy and without flavor. The "homemade" cake was..just weird and had a bad flavor. The chicken fried steak and gravy that my friend ordered...
The most Awesome restaurant I've ever been to. It's better in every aspect than Anything you can find in Nashville TN. No Joke. AMAZING food, and a decent price. A Great portion of food too. I got a chili cheese burger and I could have made 2 meals out of it. If you like the "old west" this place is for you. I will definitely be going back.

Visited from Memphis and the food and service was excellent! I had the catfish, fries, and slaw, and my bf had the chicken Parmesan and both were delicious. Food was seasoned well, hot, and in large portions. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Spring River!
