We were going thru town this past weekend and decided to stop here for lunch. We left disappointed in the food. Didn’t taste like authentic Mexican food at all. The white queso dip tasted like it was out of a can..nothing like any other Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been to. Even the chips were like the kind out of a bag. The food was bland and again like no other we’ve had. The only thing they have going for them is the service. Excellent waitstaff with excellent customer service.

Salsa is bit spicy no carna asada meat 🥩 spicey sied recommended a beer or some other alcoholic beverage to help with the spice 23.00 for one person food was okay not the worse but not the best only one napkin that was what the silver where was wrap in

The waitresses try, but are overwhelmed when I there . The food good but slow at coming, the chips are definitely not home made. Over all food is good but yiu can usually drive to texarkana and back before you get and eat here

Had a rare night off so I thought I’d take my family to go out to eat, we were sat quickly and ordered a small queso which came out cold but my daughter still wanted some so I didn’t say anything. Ran out of chips so we waited for a few mins without seeing our server so I went to go refill them myself. Did not get what I ordered. Ran out of my drink halfway through the meal but never saw our server again until I was paying, had to get my own togo boxes. I’m usually a 25-30% tipper but this was the worst service I’ve ever had. Will try somewhere else next time

Man, this was a sad place. Like depressing. The food was even more depressing. When the wait staff even deigned to show up, they made us feel like they just wanted us to leave the already barren, depressing and funny smelling restaurant. Was really happy to have overpaid for such bad cuisine and service. Okay, not really. I was glad to oblige them and leave. Definitely will not stop again.
