“Excellent customer service. We were passing through on our way to a wedding and had a large family order. A couple of things were missing on our order so we let them know. The manager came out to confirm the order and we realized it was our mistake we made when placing the mobile order. Even though it was our error she insisted on giving us those items at no charge. Of course we tipped a little extra to make up for it but the customer service there was exceptional. I am through there on business quite often and will make a point to visit when I can.“

“Does not matter time or day; I can order most common, simple item on menu... has me pull to very front to wait EVERY SINGLE TIME :( I know I must add spare time and cannot be in a hurry when I stop here. Still come for favorites that only McDonald's serves.“

“I haven't had Chick-fil-A in years due to the long lines that usually wrap around the building more than twice. Today was the first time I have seen not 1 car in the drive through so I jumped on the opportunity to grab a🔥Cobb salad I remember having last time I was there and my husband who has never had Chick-fil-A got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich who is also a vegetarian, but we definitely chose to be carnivores and has no regrets! The food was up to par and did not disappoint! Plus getting through the drive through and receiving our food in under 3 mins total was a plus! Highly recommend this location!“

“I’m a regular at this establishment and today, just like all other days. I modified my order to have extra chicken for their new barbecue chicken stuff. Let me be the one to tell you they will ALWAYS get it right!!! Although I may not know the crew, they know me because I’ve NEVER had a bad order from them! 11/10 will come back and highly recommend! :)“

“The order was promised to be ready at a set time and I patiently waited for almost thirty minutes extra to finally get my mobile order. The lady that was on duty took care of every walk-in customers before starting to prepare my two foot-longs already paid for. There was another guy there waiting on his mobile order before i walked in and the lady apologizeed for the wait but i spoke up and said that we\meaning me and the other guy should've just walked in to get waited on quicker. This is the second time that this has happened so next time I will do a mobile oder at the Love's subway which is a little further drive to see how it goes ar that particular subway location. i really appreciate the good fresh subs from Subway and nine times out of ten excellent service at any locations whether in the state of Arkansas or other states that I may be.“

“Adam and his crew are awesome, I thought I had my free Cantina Chicken taco on my app order, and I got home with my 5.00 box, didn't see it. I called and they gave me one, got home reviewed email order and it wasn't on there. I very much appreciate them humorist the old man as well as customer service by all on staff. Also tossed in a coupon for free taco.“
