Hardee's has outstanding employees who provide great customer service. The staff, including Amber and Tiff, go above and beyond to resolve issues. The store manager, Ms. Julie, is very kind and professional. Customers have a great experience, especially with the help of friendly staff. However, there have been issues with the food, such as the Frisco berger having a hard and thin patty that tastes like a soy berger.
