The new assistant manager Nathan miller is the name he gave me, was extremely rude. I have never seen a manager speak to customers the way he did! I will be getting ahold of corporate Monday morning and filing a formal complaint! Will NOT be back!!

I went through the drive thru on my 30 minute and waited 15 minutes for the wrong order! And there was only one other person in line behind me and I ordered 3 tenders and curly fries! HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP!!!!!

Stopped by Arby’s for a quick bite and stuck to the classics—and they didn’t disappoint. I went with the Classic Roast Beef: simple, satisfying, and just the right size when you’re trying to keep things light without sacrificing flavor. That soft bun and tender beef hit the nostalgia spot in the best way.
Meanwhile, my husband dove into the Reuben, and judging by the happy silence and disappearing sandwich, I’d say it was a solid win. The corned beef was stacked, the sauerkraut was tangy, and the marble rye gave it that hearty bite.
Fast service, friendly vibes, and those curly fries tempting us from the sidelines... we might have to “accidentally” stop by again soon.

Went through the drive through at around 7 pm and ordered a combo. The curly fries were not cooked all the way and were soggy. The Gyro was ok but it was cold, too.

This is the second time I have ordered a turkey and Swiss and gotten a turkey, bacon ranch. I even checked the sandwich before driving off and told him that it was wrapped showing that it was the ranch and he said oh it's just wrapped wrong. NOT! Wrong sandwich. I don't like ranch.
