“Love NATALIE'S! April is always the inviting host. The variety of their menu is huge. And I've NEVER ordered anything but great, fresh food from them! Love the meatloaf, garden salad, Reuben sandwiches, paninis, and soups. And don't forget desserts! The strawberry cake was delish! ?”

“Update for 2023WOW. After my below review, we hadn't really been back. Went this week and WOW. Tavolo was amazing. The bread was hot and fresh. Olive oil was still wonderful. Salad was delicious. I got a creamy shrimp and gnocchi soup and it was so, so wonderful. Daughter chose spinach ravioli with red sauce. Husband picked bowtie noodles with a spicy cream sauce and, though spicy, really good. I don't think I have any complaints. Well, maybe that I wish my glass of Rose was bigger, but, I mean, it was a regular size glass.I can definitely recommend Tavolo now.2021I wanted to like it. I really did. A nice Italian place in Batesville? Sign me up! Unfortunately, that wasn't meant to be. The bread was old, chewy, obviously set beneath a warmer. The salad was a bed of lettuce with one olive slice, one tomato cube, no discernable cheese, and drowning in ranch. My husband's spicy fettuccine was spicy...by way of canned jalapeno slices mixed in. I guess jalapenos are Italian now? Combined with chewy chicken and a bland sauce makes for a bad time. My manicotti tasted like mostly mozzarella. None if the delicious ricotta that I've come to expect in manicotti. And finally, the sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar of Prego.On the positive side, the portions were nice for lunch, the olive oil for the bread was wonderful, and my minestrone soup was great. Also, my husband commented that this was one of the few places in Batesville that didn't burn their tea.We will be back. They're new and are probably still working out the kinks. So we'll give it another shot, but so far, I'm not impressed, most unfortunately.Eavesdropping, I heard someone talking about how wonderful his sandwich was so I'll give that a shot next time. And the hostess and waitress were super nice.”

“The donuts are so delicious! The jalapeno Kolache is my favorite to buy. It is so affordable and a nice company! ☺️ I'm so glad Southside has the best donuts in the Batesville/Southside area!”

“The food was tasty--that's what really counts. I had the Tamales El Palenque. The service was good. Reasonable prices, too. The atmosphere is typical of strip mall restaurants with soccer on TV. And being in a strip mall somewhat hidden behind other businesses, it can be difficult to spot. But overall, it is worth finding.”

“I don’t know why it took us so long to try this truck but we were missing out!! I got the Donkey Boy and it was so good and messy good too! Can’t wait to try other things. It’s huge so I’d have to share it next time. The prices were good and I felt I received a burger worth $13. She made me feel like I’d been there a million times. She seemed to know everyone that came while we waited. When the weather cools I’d like to sit at the Tea Crate while we eat next time.”

“Bigs is located on Main Street in Historic Downtown Batesville. It features Cajun inspired dishes. I had the Cuban Panini. It was fantastic and generously sized. The service was excellent. And kudos to them for supporting the arts in Batesville.”

“This place was so good! Just as good as any sit down hibachi grill style restaurant! The fried rice with the yum-yum sauce is especially good! Also, its fairly inexpensive... And to top it off the staff was very polite, so all around a great experience!”
