“Stopped in here because I'm on a mission to check out all the BBQ places down here. Cowboy's is definitely on the list. The dining room was packed and it's not fancy. We're talking styro-foam cups and plastic forks/spoons but don't let that stop you. The BBQ here is pretty darn tasty. I sampled brisket sandwich with coleslaw. The meat was perfectly cooked and I loaded it down with the spicy BBQ sauce. My uncle was unusually quiet as he didn't make a peep while he was working on his 1/2 rack of ribs. Pro Tip: Cowboys closes down between lunch and supper, so check the hours before you head out.”
